So tiny! I knew it would be small and I was still shocked.
The description isn't kidding, this thing is pint sized. When it says it's enough for a poop bag (one!) , a couple dollar bills, a house key, or... It really means ONE of those things, not all. I bought this to put my key fob in that opens the doors to my condo, because having it on the ring with the poop bag holder, it made so much noise clanging with the poop bag holder, I couldn't stand it. The fob isn't huge, but this pocket is SO small. After much cajoling, I got the fob zipped in, but it can never come out, cause I'll probably never get it back in again! And any moment the zipper may blow from being stretching too far. But it did what I intended (so much for the idea of Chapstick in there too) and it's just the right size visually for my small dog's narrow leash. I don't trust the elastic strips that keep it on though, since the leash is only a half an inch wide or so, so I added in a safety pin to keep it up near the handle where I can access it easily. Recommend if you want to carry something tiny, like a dollar bill OR a stick of Chapstick. Probably great for holding ID tags.Pictures added for scale, my current poop bag holder, a standard/popular bone shaped holder, and in one, the fob I managed to squeeze in.

Could be 5 stars with a few improvements
I am writing this review after owning this in blue/ brown for a little over a year. I had ordered this new version when my old one fell apart. It looks good and I give it props for lasting a year, but I am considering heading back to the previous version. The little velcro strap no longer holds and was flimsy in the first place. The "Elastic loop holds a safety light, keychain or used pickup bag" was also of concerning durability. Combined, they have led to some messy situations of late. The elastic loop has stretched. I have used it to attach used pickup bags. The added weight on the tiny velcro strap has caused the entire thing to slide down my leash, hit pavement and scrape holes in the bag while running.I like the size of the pouch, but I don't put anything other than pickup bags in it due to the concern that anything else will fall through the opening, especially if using it to pull out bags. I really liked the separate compartments of the old version. They need to combine the designs better. Go back to the two compartments, keep the larger size and rear elastic sleeve and use a larger/stronger velcro strap and a stronger elastic band or previous band to hold used pickup bags, etc...

Soft, Secure, and Stylish
After getting tired of the cheapie plastic tube style that keeps unscrewing during long walks and finally got lost for good, I started looking for softer one-piece versions. The first couple I tried were handicraft bags that were more general purpose, with just a kind of loop added as an afterthought so they could be attached to a leash. I don't want a "bag purse" I want a bag dispenser. This is the only one I found that's actually designed for use as a bag holder on a leash. It has a well placed slot for dispensing the bags, and securely hooks onto the leash. Tearing off a bag is easy because you can grab the roll through the cloth and just get the one bag you want. It's easy to use, even during dark night time walks. It's also big enough to stick a second roll in after the current one is getting down to the last couple of bags.Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase. It was the most expensive one I tried, but only by a few dollars. So far it's been worth every cent.

Not perfect but gets the job done
Great concept and will continue to use and repurchase, we purchased this almost two years ago and even after heavy every day use, still in decent condition and have been using it ever since.Pros: doesn't dangle and flop around like most doggie bag dispensers; it stays in place once attached; it lays fairly flat against flat leashes; can securely hold other small items like keys; easy to get in and out ofCons: the Velcro wears out over time, so eventually cannot securely hold small items like keys; cannot be transferred easily to round rope leashes; is a little bulky on round rope leashes but still not as cumbersome as dispensers that dangleOverall, a great and very useful product. For the price and amount of time that we've used it, I would repurchase it again and recommend to others.

Fits the leash and holds the bags.
Easily attaches to the thick standard length leash we have and holds the standard roll of bags just fine. The pouch has a slot for the bags to pull out from. You first feed the leash through a rubber loop at the bottom of the pouch, then through a sleeve in the backside. Lastly, the top of the pouch hook&latches within the leash handle so it won't slide down the leash. Easy. Snug. The previous bag container we had had a carabiner attachment, which was fine, but it uses a snap plastic lid, and we have already lost two of the lids, making the container unusable. So I'm hoping this one will be more long lasting. Not sure how this would work on a retractable leash. Would probably keep it down near the dog, which in my mind is not ideal, but the mechanics would probably work if you attached the "top" hook&latch within the leash clip to keep it from sliding. You could probably just attach it around the leash, and gravity would keep it down at the dog level?

Good to keep tags safe
This pouch is great for attaching to my pup's harness. The small is very small, so be aware that you are not going to fit more than two or three small tags into them. My pup is 20 lbs, and her harness is a size small, so a large would not attach to her harness correctly. I think that the price of these pouches is a little high for the roominess and quality. I've had no problems with the ones that I purchased, however. I did not purchase these to keep the tags from the noise of them hitting each other, I purchased them, so she wouldn't lose her tags.

One was perfect and the other zipper split
Bought 2. One for each dog. One was perfect and the other zipper split. I should have returned the defective one right away but didn't get around to it and am now past the deadline. I will however order another replacement.

Love these! We have 2 huskies who play hard ...
Love these! We have 2 huskies who play hard and have pulled off their tags on multiple occasions, even with split rings and s-hooks. Tags have been in these for 3.5 months now and they're staying put. Pouches are snug enough to stay put on the 1" collar and stretchy enough to pull over the clips (we use quick-release collars).

Great for tags, bags and trackers!
I bought these for my dogs Fitbarks and they work great! Could easily fit keys, at least 3 poop bags or all their collar tags if you don’t want those jingling around
