These are perfect for QuickBooks invoices. Plenty of room for several sheets of paper and the address fields line up perfectly. No more licking envelopes, no more pull strips to dispose of, and the seal is good and strong. I will definitely be buying these in the future.Note: these are not the ones to use for sending out QuickBooks checks. They really need to go out in the #9 envelopes.

Use #9 envelopes often. The security ink on the inside does not bleed as it does in other brands. The folding self seal is a wonderful, time-saving feature. It works well for mailing checks.

Purchased for QuickBooks. They work, but it is obvious they were not made for QuickBooks as the windows do not line up well with words on checks or statements.

I don't know why I never thought of buying these here before spending so much money for years at local office supply stores. These are just as good at a fraction of the price. I have ordered them several times now and am very happy with them. When I mention to other business owners I buy them from here you can see the lightbulb go on... yea, you too, huh? Spread the word....

Use these as our main accounts receivable billing envelope, love them!!! No more licking, no more pulling off plasticized adhesive strip covers. These work great, seal well, and I'll never go back lol. You won't be disappointed.

We use Qk Books and was having trouble finding window envelopes to fit our checks in. I searched all over trying to find em. We like just the addresses in the window nothing else showing. I ran across these and tried them. No more licking, no more tabs to pull and the sealing is a strong hold. The windows fit exactly what I needed it to show and not show. We will be ordering these for the office again and again as long as they keep selling them. Please don't stop I don't want to search again.

We originally used  Columbian CO132 (#10) 4-1/8x9-1/2-Inch Dubl-Vue Window Grip-Seal Security Tinted White Envelopes, 500 Count  for our Quickbooks invoices and checks. However, Columbian must be lining the glue with cocaine, as a box of 500 envelopes are over $60 now, plus shipping. Glad to have found these, for about 1/2 the price.We also use form letters, and with just some slight adjustment to our templates, everything lines up nice. The envelopes are self-sealing, and once closed they stick well. Good quality, great value, simple product.

I have used these since 2009 and I am buying more. I suppose they are just envelopes but they are roomy enough for multiple invoices and seal well. Dont have much to say, except I wish they had free prime shipping.
