Boon for skin
Excellent for skin itching but has to be taken regularly empty stomach. It took 20 days to heal my 3 months itching, rashes problem. I took it for 1.5 month with hot water

Gritham I.e. Ghee seems to be good for skin issue externally. Can bectaken internally also. It tastes bitter as it should be.
