Great grate!
This grate works great! Fits the drain I have perfectly. Water drains just like it should. Not a bad price either!

Solid replacement at a great price.
Serves as a great replacement for an OEM original that broke when something fell on it. The material of this product seems thicker and stronger than the original. I was initially concerned about the corner radii and how they would fit in the original drain box. The product can be 12" x 12" but if the corners aren't the same, it won't fit in the recess.No problems with fit; it's a bit snug but that's good so it doesn't move in the box. Very sturdy, durable and blends in with the grass.Great price on this product compared to other sources.

Having The Right Parts Makes A Difference
I had a problem with my existing water drain basins. Over the years they sank lower into the ground. To fix it the right way I would have to dig them back up, add gravel to get it even with the ground. That's a big and messy project when I have 4 drain basins. Also it would make a mess of my lawn. What I decided to do was add more grates to bring them higher in the ground, and screw them together so they would not move around. I fixed 2 drains in about 15 minutes, and they work great. Now I am ordering 3 more to fix the last two.

Great grate but $$$
Expensive but exact replacement for a 12 inch drain box grate that got crushed during construction. It is a precision molded HDPE box cover - great quality but sheesh, it is just plastic after all, does it need to cost so much?

Grate replacement
I bought this to replace an outside grate that was broken by a large truck that rode over it. This grate is very good quality. I don't think anything driving over this would break it.
