Alconox and Liquinox seem to be an illusive mythical beast to the many self-taught perfumers these days, but I am sure glad I found it!As another purchaser mentioned, this stuff is spectacular in situations where ABSOLUTE CLEANLINESS is a necessity. For those fragrance creators stumbling across this review, you likely can relate to the constant concern of cross-contamination. Allow this review to quell your woes as I can report Liquinox fills your need with glassware (removing all odor). If you have been using plastic pipettes for some time and are environmentally conscious, I am sure the concern has crossed your mind about the amount of plastic we sometimes thoughtlessly throw away by the hundreds. If that is a concern of yours, as it was once mine, I recommend making the investment. Glass pipettes have saved me a decent amount of money in the short-run, and certainly will in the long-run (because of the cost effectiveness of proper diluting Liquinox). With the combination of Liquinox and a good cleaning process, you should be fine and save as well while you experiment.Simply put, I support and believe in what they’re selling. Let your nose decide for you as it did for me.

This brought back memories. A while ago, I worked in a analytical lab where washing glassware thoroughly was critical. I had forgotten that we used Alconox and Liquinox for those glassware: vials, beakers, petri dishes, forceps, etc. Once I started using these to clean my critical items at home, I remembered and, by gosh, this Liquinox is the best $#@ cleanser I have. A word of caution: do read the instructions before use; it takes very, very little to do a great job so dilute it appropriately before use and rinse thoroughly afterwards. Even with bi-weekly use, I expect this bottle to last me all year, or longer. Highly recommended.

I bought this for use in an ultrasonic cleaner and it works fantastic. I have also used it a little bit for cleaning a few other items by hand and while it will dry out your hands, they are cleeeaaan when you're done. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent, fantastic cleaner, and a bottle goes a long way. More precisely one bottle will make 100 quarts of solution. Just drop your stuff in the solution for a few minutes, rinse, and you are done. We use it to clean our eyeglasses, CPAP equipment, etc. But it is not a disinfectant! If you want it to act as one you need to add bleach to the solution, more precisely for 1 L solution you need 10 ml Liquinox + 30 ml bleach or roughly for one quart use 2 teaspoons Liquinox and 2 tablespoons regular bleach. Keep the stuff in the solution for 5 minutes and then rinse with water.

I used Alconox powder and liquid years ago in the high tech industry for critical cleaning and love using this product at home, especially for glassware. It leaves the glass products draining without spots and sparkling. It is VERY concentrated so either dilute it or use a small dropper to dispense. I put about a drop in glassware and fill with water for a couple of minutes then sponge out and rinse.

Excellent product, does what it says. Issues with the shipping but quick customer service response and satisfactory resolution. Customer service was actually outstanding.

Liquid cleaner from Alconox is the liquified form of the powder form called Alconox. This is HIGHLY concentrated so you mix 1.5 ounces into a GALLON (10 mL per liter) for the general purpose cleaning solution. The solution you create you then use SPARINGLY (few drops) into each item to be cleaned, Add 1 or 2 oz into basin to wash. Rinses cleanly without issues. Either purchase this or the powder form for cleaning. Follow the directions for dilution and use.

I have used several pre-mixed cleaning products for cleaning my vinyl records. This works extremely well.
