As requested per the doctor, got this powder and have been taking it daily ever since. Lovely

Put my stomach at ease! I’d start out with a low amount as recommended. My consultant recommended 1.5 tsp and it caused abdominal pain. I feel good drinking it. Like most medicines it doesn’t taste good.

A bit concerned about microscopic shiny particles in this herb? I shined a light to the herbal powder and found what seems to be shiny particles inside. Glass? Talc? Might be nothing, but I'll stick to grinding my own herbs from now on
