LAMROD Supreme - Hidden GPS Tracker for Car,Bike, Truck with 12 Month Sim Data

No Doubt it does good work & have a 100% Accuracy but In "Supreme Model" it has only 1 yr free subscription to track vehicle on Lamrod App.Its mandatory to keep monthly data pack recharge to your sim connected in this device. After 1 year we have to take Subscription.I use airtel sim in this device with pack of 3GB data for 28 days in 48 rupees.& I year free subscription has been expired now I'll have to take Subscription for using features on App, But we can only freely track vehicle via SMS lifetime.Now 612 rupees for 1 year is minimum amount of subscription I have to pay if I want to continue use antitheft security.Every month data pack recharge is also a permanent expenditure.If I take 1 year subscription612 ( Subscription)+576 ( Monthly Data pack 1 year cost) = 1188 total 1 year costSame as :If I take 2 year subscription1158+1152 = 2310 total 2 year costSame as :If I take 3 year subscription2072+2304 = 4376 total 4 year costSubscription charges are for 1yr/2yrs/4yrsBut Datapack recharge can be done daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.Overall It's not one time investment it has permanent mentanace cost.

Good product, very easy to install and experienced a great customer support. Once we register the device we will get the installation video and all through whatsapp itself

The media could not be loaded. My Experience:Delivery was very quick and well packed.Installation: I go to Local Mechanic shop and pay around Rs 100/- for connection to my Car. Thanks to Lamrod Team as they responded very quickly during installation. Installation Took Around 15 mins.Application: Lamrod sent me account login details and App download link on my Email where i can check location of my car.So this was my installation experience now i am using this device since 2 months so here is some pros and cons according to me.Pros:# Price point is very good# After Sales Support is very nice and documented# 1 Year trusted warranty from Lamrod# Value for money product i can say# It is small and easy to hide in carIt gives me peace of mind as in my area a lot of car theft is there but now I am relaxed because a hidden tracker is installed.Cons:# Nothing so far i will update it if i will find any

Update after 2 years of usageThe support is an absolute joke. They're only interested in making a quick buck and couldn't care less about helping customers after the sale. They're so unresponsive that you have to practically beg for any kind of assistance, whether it's through WhatsApp, phone calls, or text messages. And don't even get me started on the devices themselves - they're either mysteriously missing from the dashboard or completely dead. It's a pathetic excuse for customer service.Ignore my previous comments below - wrong judgement in short span.Device is working awesome. During setup i felt some difficulty and it was showing "No data". Called a SPOC person, even though it was after 6PM i called him, he responded promptly and guided me in setting it up. Got everything done and still it was showing "No data", thought of calling my spoc next day morning, but it was started working that time and gps location was perfect accurate.

the product arrived as shown in pic. 1 Sim is included. Customer care is handled by 1 single person. You cannot use your own SIM with this module so beware, you have to shell out 1100 for annual recharge of the supplied SIM, plus 700 for 1 y subscription of the tracking App. 1800 annual charges which are mandatory to keep the device alive . Pretty high, no option to not recharge in case you have parked your vehicle for a long duration. No sms or free tracking option available as told by customer care. Very average app and device, 3100 for first year 2000 device + 1100 recharge and 1800 thereafter is super high charges. There are cheaper options available which also let you use your own SIM. I bought but seems a expensive mistake. Tracking is average with lot of delays. So no point paying so high for recharge and app.

This LAMROD GPS device is very useful for my daily life.LAMROD technical team guided for the *installation* of the device and it was very *easy* and *quick* to install.I can access the tracking information from my laptop or they even have a *mobile application* and that is very *handy* and *useful* feature.Other features that I liked about this device is - live speed tracking, high speed warning, map timeline, 1 year warranty, technical support and most important affordable and value for money.Some features that can be optimised are - size of the GPS box is of the palm size and can be reduced more.

This device is very compact and very easy to install.It tool me 15-20 mins to install the device and i got user id password and app link on my email for live tracking.Pros:1. Can be tracked in Android, iPhone and Laptop.2. Easy To install3. Anti Theft alarm in the phone4. Lamrod Support was very quick and managed. So Thumbs up for that.5. Price is very affordable in local market they were asking Rs 5200/-6. Accuracy is perfect.cons:1. Product is basic water proof but i feel it should be IP68 Rated water resistance.Planning to buy more Lamrod products for my Car as well.

I had minor configuration issues. Lamrod reached me and solved the problems. Good helpful product.Only concern is below which they are working.Regional language support is not available, especially non Hindi have trouble- Seller Comments: WIPI got call from the seller and mentioned they are addressing the concerns mentioned, That's a good sign from a responsible seller to sell quality product.
