The Big Book of Christian Apologetics: An A to Z Guide (A to Z Guides) Kindle Edition

The content deserves five stars, however the kindle edition is severely lacking adequate navigation. The table of contents lacks any hyperlinks to the actual articles. If they hyperlinked the article index at the back of the book or improved and expanded the table of contents the kindle edition would be five stars. And I would gladly amend my rating accordingly.A book that expounds with such clarity should not be shrouded by such inadequate navigation. Make the kindle edition meaningfully browsable.

Awesome for really quick reference on many topics. This is great for getting up to speed on a topic quickly. Basically, think of this book as 1 to 3 page summaries of apologetics topics. He also gives a bibliography right after each topic so if you want to dig deeper you know instantly where to go.I also wanted to mention that when i say these are summaries i am taking about length. As far as the quality of the content goes you would be hard pressed to find better. Obviously, if you know anything about the author, he comes down on the more conservative side of nearly every topic. However, when we are dealing with intellectually honest individuals that is what you would expect.

This book has a summary of just about every topic you can imagine. I think the only thing I have thought of that isn’t included is the controversy over the apocrypha, but lots of resources out there for that. This is the perfect addition to your reading that allows you to use firm evidence in everything from scriptural studies to history to archeology to other sciences and much more. For every issue, Geisler takes a well rounded and full approach and provides great insight into the truth about why we believe what we believe, and how truly powerful and real the belief in Jesus Christ, the holy spirit, and our merciful God is

I love the simplicity and the look of this item. The quality surpassed my expectations and it’s overall durability and design are great. Description, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, and color matched expectations. I'd recommend it!

This work contains an excellent treatise on the problem of evil and carefully examines the evolution of life and the cosmos on their own terms. It uses concise academic language that may be a little dense for the average reader, but it presents a brilliant challenge to expand one's vocabulary and knowledge. It contains a great deal of information about philosophers, philosophy, and ethics as well as theology. I give this book my strongest recommendation.

Yes this is an excellent in depth study book for the Christian Apologetics. I also enjoy the Bible wisdom that Norman L. Geisler brings to the reader of this great book. It's truly worth the investment to learn truth and in clearly understanding way that Mr. Geisler brings to the study of the contents. Highly recommended from my corner.

Good reference book, but print is small.

This is how you can tell why you are not a ___________. and you can fill in the crackpot unscriptural belief.

This is a long book but if you have the patienbce and desire to learn and read, then this book will be most helpful as you grapple with other beleifs and challenges to the Christian faith and share the good news in with other who do not share your faith. Quite in depth for the lay person but well worth the effort of reading.

A useful source of answers to questions that might arise in relation to Christianity

Every Christian reading this will build up their faith. Evidence is over-whelming. Thank you to the author.
