Useless
The problem with this product is that it's difficult to keep it in place when putting on socks or footwear. I tried putting them on my feet and then getting socks on, but no matter what the gel pads just roll up and move about, if i try to put them over my socks the same happens when i put footwear on. Essentially they move and become bunched with the slightest friction, unable to use them as a result, making them worthless and a total waste of money.

These actually do work!!
AMAZING! I have been suffering with PF for months now. I have had cortisone shots, icing, stretching (which does really help). When I went for my injection, the doctor made me an arch wrap for my foot to wear with sneakers and it really, really helped but it would wear after wearing for about a week. So when I saw this I thought, it's basically the same, I just couldn't look or feel it prior to purchasing. Well I just got them delivered at work and I was already feeling some slight discomfort in my heel. I put it on and almost immediately I could feel the relief! It's the support of the arch being taken away from my heel. I hardly write reviews, though this PF seems to be very common and I would want to read this if I was searching for something. They are a Smokey clear color, I wish they came in a nude, but at this point I don't care. I am buying again because this product is worth the money! :)

These items are comfortable to wear and they managed to ease the Plantar Fasciitis pain in my heel by supporting my arch.Better than a full insole arch supports as they do not make the shoe tight on your toes. They are also able to be worn without socks as they are very discrete and blend in to the the skin. Good value for money.

Straight in the bin
Very difficult to keep in place as socks tend to stick to the pads and dislodge them. When I eventually managed to get them to stay in place I found them extremely uncomfortable and could barely walk, either with or without shoes.

When you wash them put a little bit of talc stop them sticking
Not sure which way they went on first. Yes very good, wear them under my support socks.

Soft and comfortable
I stand on my feet for 13+ hours a day and my arches usual hurt . I decided to try this product in hopes that it would help with the pain. The material is really soft and flexible and after wearing them for a week I noticed my feet do hurt less. I will definitely keep wearing these.
