I read the directions applied them and was all proud of myself for applying it straight and on the correct sides. And then realized an hour later I messed up. They still look great and were very easy to apply. My hands are just backwards. It bothers me but most people think it’s ok. I’ve also noticed other Jeeps with them backwards too. Haha! The instructions were correct… I just didn’t apply them right.

Worked well

First, getting them to adhere to the side mirror was complicated. I decided to put them on the windshield and that worked better. I will say that heat is your friend. I put one on the windshield and when it did not easily lift off the backing, even after rubbing, I left it. It was sitting in direct sunlight. I went to the other side and sprayed it with Windex and applied the hand. It did not stick. I went back to the other side and sure enough, the heat did its job and as I rubbed, I was able to release the decal. When I returned to the other side, the moisture had evaporated but it was still working to remove the backing and keep the hand on the windshield. Finally, both hands are on the windshield and it took about 20 minutes. 18 longer than I imagined. One note, I was a little surprised that these hands were slightly longer than the actual mirror back and considering someone made this, why would it not fit perfectly on the mirror with no slight overhang?????

There was an odd little mishap with shipping (not the sellers fault), where USPS sent them to Puerto Rico before sending them to NY. This was alarming so I reached out to the seller to ensure they had sent them to the right address. They responded immediately to ensure to me that they were heading to my address. Awesome service imo I picked the dark grey reflective ones, and they look awesome. Very understated, and blend into the mirrors until the light hits them, then they POP. So glad I got these. Will be buying more if I ever need to replace them. Install was momentarily confusing due to me not realizing that you peel the paper off, then apply the decal, then peel the clear plastic layer off after application. After realizing this; Applying them couldn’t have been easier. Don’t hesitate, just click buy :-)
