First off, I have "unique" skin..EXTREMELY dry and VERY sensitive. I've lost track of the thousands of dollars spent over the years trying to find products that I don't react to that will also provide enough moisture to my skin. My skin is so dry that, if I don't get some kind of moisturizer on my skin after showering within about 5 minutes, it actually BURNS, tightens up and hurts the rest of the day :( My face is even more sensitive. I have rosacea which causes extreme sensitivity, enlarged pores and severe dryness and redness. I've put together a skin care regime from about 10 products from various companies which, from trial and error, see to work in harmony without causing a severe reaction. What was missing was the extra moisture I need. My skin is so dry, I have to put at least 8-10 applications of moisturizer on my face in order to keep my skin from drying out the rest of the day and flaking. I read about Emu oil and wondered if it would be of any help at all since I'd already tried Argan oil, Rosehip oil, raspberry seed oil and a few others with minimal success. With the Emu oil, I noticed right away it absorbed well, didn't burn my skin and felt immediately soothing. I apply a small amount 3 times between my other products and its the first time in years and years that my skin will actually stay moisturized all day! Nothing short of a miracle for MY skin. About 4 days into use, I noticed that the skin on my face was actually SOFT for the first time in years! Also, the size of my pores is shrinking which is a HUGE benefit since this condition has gotten so much worse in the past 3 or 4 years. I'm SO glad I took a chance on this product! It's a keeper for sure and I figure if it works on MY crazy skin, it should be great for those with normal skin with simply issues with dryness :) Even with the unusually large amount I have to use, I feel the price is fair given the quality and compared to expensive, designer creams and lotions which produce often minimal to no results. With Amazon's return policy, I never worry about getting "stuck" with anything that doesn't work so if you are considering trying this, you have nothing to lose :)

Is collected from emus who are raised on a private tropical island, given hot stone massages and sung lullabies by world renown philharmonic tenors nightly type deal, you get the drift. Fact is so long as its Pure Emu oil with no extra additives and is 99.999% pure (the other fraction of % usually being naturally occurring tocopherols that preserve the oil), it's all the same. Its high quality pure Emu Oil minus all the advertising hype fake claims and is at a very reasonable price point, most likely because private tropical islands and world renown philharmonic tenors or costly ;). In all seriousness this is a wonderful product at a great price. Its an American made and refined product and is AEA (American Emu Association) Certified. Its benefits.... if your checking into Emu Oil then I suppose you have already read some literature on its benefits for whatever you're seeking it to help you with. The extent it will help you individually ....I can't say everyone biological makeup and reaction to anything is different. They all have one thing in common they use emu oil and know its benefits. The difference is they use hype paid celebrity endorsements and smoke and mirrors. They prey upon people's gullibility and willingness to part with their money for pipe dreams and put the same oil offered here in a solid gold bottle and charge you incredulous amounts of money. I guess everyone has to make a living somehow right ? BOTTOM LINE: Get it!!! It's a great product from a company that stands behind it, and is committed to quality and above board practices. At a great price! Don't overpay for marketing spins shiny artisan bottles and claims of grandeur .

I like this Emu oil but I have a very sensitive nose and it does have a little bit of smell to it. It can be mixed with essential oil to cover the smell easily. I keep this in my car and I noticed the bottle leaked a little bit. Other than that it's very nice and not too oily

Wonderful product and company appears to be ethical in its use of Emu, that is important. Starts out a bit oily on my skin and then in minutes fully absorbed on its own. Wake up with soft moistened skin to my delight and surprise after first use. Second use and thereafter absorbs quickly. using it on my scalp, nails and toe nails, and scar tissue areas to see what if any good comes from the wider use mentioned by other reviewers. It calmed my skin irritation first time I used it. Apply at night and now added to morning routine as the last step. Let's see how it does on my upper age skin.

Truly amazing oil for harsh winter climate. Fully recommended for dry spots and uneven skin combinations. Little drop goes a long way and when combined with another skin care product allows for better absorption and distribution.

A little goes a very long way. My skin feels and looks amazing from this product. I also use it in a homemade pain salve. Will definitely purchase again.
