The watch is actually OK. there's a phone app - I have an iphone, and that worked well. You have to read the instructions to set up the SIM card on the watch - but when you get the hang of it and put all the settings in, it does work. And I found it was very accurate at tracking my young son's movements.BUT - and a big BUT - it's 2G only. So when we moved to a country that only has 3G/4G/5G networks, it stopped working. And, I suspect in the not too distant future that will be almost everywhere. So, keep that in mind.Nice product - but limited scope for the future.Oh and... if you're expecting something that competes with the likes of the Apple Watch - this doesn't. It's a bit of fun, but in no way a competitor. And it's priced accordingly of course.

Very disappointed
Bought this watch for my 7 yr old son. We have put a Giffgaff SIM card in it. It Constantly says it’s offline, the tracker isn’t working, the pedometer isn’t working. Very disappointed at the minute. Can’t find any help online or numbers to call.
