Ordered a transparent strap but came with opaque strap. So disappointing.

It's strips are not well supported. They are very loose. Their grip is not god. Otherwise The product quality is good.

A heavy disappoinment being highly expected which went to dooms when the strap snaps to an uncomfortable situation. Was it so weak compared to a normal product?
