Great economy replacement
My original door latch mechanically worked fine, but kept getting “passenger door open” message. New electronic latch assembly fixed my issue!

Avoid!!!!!
Clip to attach manual rod was impossible to attach. I would give it 0 stars!!! Tried to use the old one and found out the whole manual system wouldn’t work because the lever system was defective. Bought from a different company that uses the original clip and a working company and installed and worked like a charm. Avoid!!!

Almost perfect
Ordered this to fix my R rear door lock on my 09 Silverado. Received in 2 days. Pretty fast for living in the sticks. Was a perfect replacement for the old one. Would have given it 5 stars but like another review said, the plastic clip that retaines the outer door handle rod would not clip closed. I ended up using a ty rap to keep it locked. I would buy again if I need another one.

Great part. Just not for 2014 Silverado
The Amazon search recommended this for a 2014 Silverado. This is not for that vehicle. Although, I will say the part looked great and came nicely packaged. I'm sure it's a great product, just not for my vehicle.

Will not accept download from the handle
The receptacle for the download for the handle will not fit the receptacle so you would n't be able to open the door from the outside . I sent it back.

Not Worth It
When I purchased this back in January I was happy with the price and happy with the installation. However now only 5 months later it has completely failed. It no longer works and my door has to be locked and unlocked manually until I can order a new part.

The connector to attach the locking rod was difficult to negotiate. I finally used the old one off of the one I took off of the vehicle
