GoodLight Unscented Vegan and Paraffin-Free Tea Light Candles (100 Candles)

These were even better than I expected. They burn well with no smoke, and for me are lasting 4-5 hours each. They burn completely and the cups clean easily. I love the aluminum cups, easy to clean and reuse or recycle. I hate that you have to buy toxic plastic cups with most of the beeswax tealights I used before, so these are great. I also appreciate that the company is working to make the palm oil industry safer for the environment, that is important to me.For most people reporting problems, please remember you must always trim the wicks before you light the candles, to 1/4 inch max length. Otherwise any candle with a too-long wick will have problems, smoking, burning too fast, dripping more, etc. Trim the wicks every time before you light or re-light, and you will have a good experience.

I buy these quite often for my devotional desk. I am allergic to paraffin candles and these work great! No scent and no smoke evidence.

Wow, I loved these votive candles!! They gave a great sparkle of light in a nicely dimmed room. The Photo don't do them justice (still waiting for the photographer's pics). The event was for 4 hours and they lasted for 5 hours and still were lit as we cleaned our things out. I highly recommend them!!! Adelina

These are sized exactly right for the common ceramic aromatherapy oil burners sold at Whole Foods and Amazon. (I once ordered tea lights that were too large-total waste!) These really do burn clean and slow. No sooty pollutants in the air to irritate your throat. Um-aromatherapy is supposed to be a relaxing sanctuary in which to unwind from stress, so I never understand why so many tea light candles available do not burn clean. I noticed the difference with these right away. I previously used beeswax tea light candles but those started being encased in plastic. Heated plastics are terrible for your respiratory system in general-so I switched to these and find them perfect in every way.

I do like these tea lights because they burn so clean. But they seem to burn fast, too, melting to nothing in just a couple of hours.As you might notice from the picture, I turn old tea light containers (after they are cooled) upside down and place the new tea light on top of it, to give it a little height in glass candle holders. It's easier than having to clean the wax out of the candle holder before putting in a new 2" candle that isn't in a container like the tea lights are.
