Came in a timely manner
It’s for my granddaughter. Her hair is very thin and slow growing so I’m hoping it helps.

Not that good
These were worse than I expected didn’t come filled all the way tasted expired and disgusting bottle was dirty before I opened it and hard to swallow didn’t see any change in hair or nails.

My daughter finally has pretty nails!
My daughter has been asking for something to strengthen her hair and nails for a while now. After researching and trying several biotin supplements....we have found the one! She loves the taste...which is a plus but not nearly as important as the results she is seeing! For the first time ever...she actually has pretty nails. They always broke before she could ever file them and make them look nice. Now she even has to trim them a little to keep them from getting too long! And I can definitely see a difference in her hair. It is shinier and seems thicker. There also is a lot less breakage when she wears a hair band. I would recommend this supplement to anyone!

Seems pricey, but she takes them everyday so worth it.
