TERRIBLE / WHAT A RIP OFF!!
Its only getting one star for fast shipping. The pendant itself was a total and complete disappointment. I ordered two. One for my sister and one for me to fill with Dads ashes the morning we buried his ashes. Well the pendant is about the size of a quarter. The hole in the top to put the ashes in was so tiny, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO FILL IT.No way I can return it if theres residue of my Dads ashes stuck in the treaded top!!This was a very important day to me.. and this completely ruined our keepsake plan. Heart breaking!!WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! totally got screwed on this one!!!

I love the urn it is beautiful
I love the urn it is beautiful. It is heavy and the chain is okay weight and quality. the writing could be a little larger making it easier to read. It is Beautiful overall. I was sad to realize it did not come with a funnel, so i am looking for one to fill it with Dad's ashes. It is worth the money, just realize it does not have a funnel.

Not worth it as "cremation jewelry"
The pendant itself is beautiful. Unfortunately I was able to get hardly any of my dads ashes in it which upsetting. When I say hardly any, I mean there isn't even a measurement little enough I could use to describe how much so I had gotten ashes everywhere which only made it more upsetting. I definitely wouldn't have gotten it, especially for the price I paid in shipping alone, had I known.

Wrong Item
I placed this order for a Christmas present for my cousin. Was super excited about it and knew she was gonna love it! I got the totally wrong thing and was super disappointed about! Don't recommend unless your lucky enough to get the right thing or you want a flower necklace.

Funnel doesn't work
The necklace itself is nice, but the funnels they send with them don't work. Too small for ashes to go through. I ended up having to dig my hands down in my dad's ashes, pendant in hand, to get them filled

The heart is nice however you cannot read the writing on the heart. The engraving is poorly done.

Smaller than I expected
I like it but I find the lettering to be very faint. And I think I was expecting it to be a little larger. It came with two chains which was a nice suprise.
