I love Youngivity products. This one I take at night for sleep

My go to for good health and to take care of my arthritic knees and bone spurs.

The product should be at room temperature. If you store it in the fridge, it gets mushy.

This is a calcium rich mineral drink containing magnesium and other important minerals. Its not the placebo, it really helps out my joints. Fairly priced. You always get what you pay for.

I like the flavor and the ease of taking it (no pills). I had severe lower back pain to the point of not being able to get out of my chair. I’d go to the chiropractor, and my back would go out again before I got home. I started taking about 2 oz of this twice a day. It got me back on my feet in less than a week. It is very expensive, but it works! Better than throwing lots of money at ineffective “cures”. If it gives you diarrhea, you don’t need the magnesium in this product, I’m told. Try Cataplex F and Cal Lactate by Standard Process instead.

I love call toddy and have been taking for a long. But this bottle was tainted spoiled or whatever

I dilute this with 3 oz of water to 1 oz of the Cal Today. Great tasting product with great benefits. Would like to see the price lower.
