I still haven't figured out how to protect my ears. It came with a headband but I use mine my winter ear muffs for extra protection. I do have big ears so there's more to deal with. And my blow dryer has only 2 settings so when the high seems to get too hot, I alternate and switch from high to low to ease up the heat and I think that works well. I have Black 4c hair and using this as a part of my pre-poo shampoo, hair mask, deep conditioning, afro-twist out. This inexpensive dryer kit has changed my hair game for the better. My hair is noticeable, softer stretched, shiny, and more manageable because of the even distribution of heat. Helps the deep conditioners and oils said saturate my hair. My 4c hair benefits from heat, this may not be the same for your hair even tho it may be 4c like mine, my hair is low porosity, prone to dryness and beautiful, in part because of all the hair help and advice one can find these days. The fact that the model on the package is a Black woman maybe be mere marketing, but oh so helpful to me. I really like this product, it may be a bunch of nylon stitched together but at $20.00 I think well made and it's a steal!

I really like this model. I had to replace the one I had before from another brand because the air stopped flowing inside the cap. But this one works perfectly although its my first time using it I think it could last long with proper care. Also, I like the fact that they included the chin protector for the strap very easy to adjust, the air dryer size adjustment and the little extra items such as 3 bags full of plastic caps hair treatment and the headband. It is worth the price!

I like that I can wash my hair in the AM and then put rollers in and dry while I brush my teeth, apply makeup. I make sure I have everythig handy so I do not have to "travel" while wearing it. The drying power...well you have to use low heat setting. I have fine hair - a bob above my shoulders and it probably takes 20-30 minutes to dry. The hose is rather long, so the way I use it, it can crimp and restrict the airflow if I'm not careful. Most people want a longer hose - I'd perfer it shorter. I have a standing double hand towel rack that I use and find I can put the handle of my dryer between the 2 racks and it holds and keeps my hands free. The hose just barely fit onto my blow dryer -sorry I do not have dimensions, but it is what I would call a standard sized blow dryer and fit is tight. All said, I like it and would buy again!

I absolutely love this cap, I love the comfort ability and ease of use. Not the mention the plus of the dry time is cut in half because it the heat is direct, even portion and adjustable. I can even use it on my little ones with out an issue.

I purchased this item during the pandemic because I knew I had to do my own hair, specifically twist outs for my natural hair. Well, I was a little skeptical but but decided to purchase it anyway. I'm so glad I did! Price was reasonable and the item itself was easy to set up, and use. You can use it while doing other things, very convenient.

I like the idea and how easy and foldable it is, so you can carry around or travel with it with no problems, but when it comes to how practical it is, it actually isn't at all. It wouldn't dry unless u want to have it for over a couple of hours on your head, also you cant put the dryer on high so that's the main factor on why it takes longer and its drying power isn't the best. again the idea is brilliant but not really as easy to use, its time consuming and somewhat different from the description listed.

I have locs, so I usually have to wait days for my hair to fully dry before achieving the level of curliness I like with my hair. I usually use the Bantu Knots style and leave that in for at least 3 days before taking them out to get the curls. But this time, I tried this blowdryer attachment. I used Flexi rods with 3-4 locs on each rod. After a fresh wash, and letting my hair towel dry for a few hours, I sat under the dryer (on Low per the instructions) for 30 minutes and slept in my rollers. The next day, I sat back under the dryer for another 20 minutes just to be safe and let my hair cool for about 10 mins. I took the rollers out and BOOM! I had super tight curls unline ever before! I was so happy with the results of my hair especially seeing as though the day I took the rollers out was the same day my (then) boyfriend took me to dinner and purposed!!! So let's say it was all perfect timing. And here we are almost 2 weeks later and my hair is STILL curly. It's not as curly as it was, but it's still enough that I am 1000% satisfied with this product and probably will never torture myself with the bantu knots again (even though they are super cute lol)

Difficult to put on and have it stay on, this product is not very sturdy or made of poly materials. It also has a difficult design so that placing it on the head and adjusting it so it fits on the head and stays in place is really difficult. It takes time to put it on and it does slip while your hair is being dried. That being said for the money it does what you need it to do Meaning it will dry your hair and fit over hot rollers in a much faster length of time then you would have if you did it with a blow dryer and try to dry each the roller individually. I like that it can be used to also deep condition my hair and I also like the fact that I can get an all over heat distribution instead of having to do individual sections

Originally, I could not get the bonnet to fit over my larger curlers and I was going to return it. However, I decided to try again and successfully got it on. It is so handy and attaches easily to the hair dryer and stays in place well. The hose can get a little hot on medium but i leave it on low heat and periodically put the heat up every once in a while and it does a fast dry on my hair even in curlers. Great product and would buy it again!

I have long waist length locs and after 2hours it was 90% or a little more dry. Way better and faster than letting it air dry or using hand held.
