I love it! I’m only 5’1” so the adjustable strap was very nice. The bag fits my 4 lb chihuahua and has more room for growth. Comfortable and easy to carry around 🙂

The company Lion James reached out to me this week, about 8 months after my purchase (when their rating dropped below 4 stars) and offered me a partial refund of my money (through PayPal, which I never use) if I remove my negative review. Extremely shady attempt to manipulate the product rating. Who knows how many negative reviews for this product have been removed!I ordered this bag for my 4 lb chihuahua, and I really wanted to love it. It looks nice and I like that it’s reversible, but it’s definitely not functional for my little dog. The bottom of the back has zero support, so it makes it very awkward for my dog to try to stand to see out or to get comfortable sitting. After carrying him for about 10-15 minutes, I took him out of the bag and I could tel it had hurt his little legs because he had trouble walking for a little while after. Also, the collar attachment that is meant to keep him from falling out seems to choke him as the bag buckled under his weight, since there is no support. I literally have to carry him with my hands supporting him from the bottom to keep him from sinking into the bag and getting choked. This might be ok for a more stocky/sturdy dog (or maybe not...the lack of support on the bottom is a problem) but it did not work at all for my dog. Very disappointed.

I like this, but I am thinking about getting, or making something different. There is an attachment to connect the dog to the sling by its collar. I think if the dog really hated it they could still jump out. I sewed some fasteners on mine so that I could tie it, and keep it a bit more closed. I also closed up the upper part of the bag (where the ladies hand is in the photo) . I keep her leash in it, a smallish wallet of mine and a few doggie treats in a baggie for her. (It was pretty simple to figure out how to close that part off and use a few more fasteners.)My 6 lb dog takes about 10-15 min to get used to being in it. Then she enjoys it. We live in N. Fla so it gets hot being in the sling if we are outside. Between her body heat, my body heat and the temp outside, make sure you watch your dog for any signs of being over heated. Let them walk with a leash occasionally, carry some water with you and a bit of food. (just in case).Over all it is a good design and works well with some adjustments.

Our dog is still adjusting to this product but seems fine with it so far. Would absolutely not put a dog in this and ride a bike like one customer photo review as that is extremely dangerous. The back and front slide down very easily so check often to make sure your pet is secure so they don’t fall out. Another thing is please harness your dogs and attach their harness clip to the clip on this product and make sure it’s not pulling at them. If someone clipped a dog by the collar to secure them it could pose choking risk or other serious dangers to their little necks if they fell out. With clipping a harness it’s both safe and more comfortable for Fido. Would you want to be pulled by your neck? Didn’t think so. Harness up the pups and this product will work beautifully. Enjoy

This is one of the BEST goodies I have found on Amazon recently. My dog loves it! She felt immediately comfortable when I placed her in it. The inside and outside is soft, and perfect. The little clasp thing is a great extra feature to make sure Rosie is safe. I put the loop thingie on her harness and clipped it right in and she was a happy camper. I am so happy and so is she. Now when she gets tired or freezes up on our walks, I can put her in here and she can happily keep going along for the ride & I feel more confident and balanced walking with her with me! :)

This is a great sling! I don’t know what I’d do without it! Our yorkiepoo puppies are still too small for harnesses and don’t have all their shots yet so this is great for taking them on walks with us. Our puppies were 1.6 and 2 lbs and both fit in the sling nicely together. Now they are 1.9 and 2.4 lbs and although they would still fit they begin to squirm and fight so we have to just carry one in the sling now. I was afraid the material might hurt their delicate necks, but they rest their head on it with no complaints. Sometimes I worry they will fall out as they like to hang their paws over the side, but they’ve never fallen. I do like how this one has the option to restrain them with a harness. This is also nice to carry puppies around the house (when they aren’t potty trained yet) so you can get things done and they can be with you (they usually fall asleep). Definitely would recommend this sling!

Some background information about my pup, as a little pup I carried him in a sweater pouch. So the act of being carried has been a normal typical occasion. I wanted something he could get what he use to get as a puppy. However, being carried in a pouch is a bit different than being carried in a sling. He wanted to sit up and even if he did lay down. I felt it was awkward for him and I just worry about him falling out (I could tell this by getting him into the sling). He prefers to sit up and be against me just from the experience of the pouch. So I found the sling gets him into the correct position and I can still dress in whatever I want and still carry him. the wrap I used was a temporary wrap. I definitely think Id need to research and buy a longer wrap but he is in love. I think it will support his weight and I suggest the adjustable strap. I wish you could tighten inside of the sling itself. However, again this works. I would recommend regardless its cute and fashonable.

Love this bag at a good price. Going to use it for my new small puppy. Made well. Live in an apartment and plan on using this in my daily walks so I can take pup who isnt trained for a lead yet with me and I wont disturb my neighbors with puppy barking.I like to take long walks. Ordered the light blue and it looks same shade as the picture.

I ordered this carrier for my 8 pound, 7 year old Yorkie. I am posting pictures to show how it fits someone who is my height of 4'11.5''. It is somewhat comfortable, though the ring digs into my shoulder a little. I like the color and fabric. I chose this carrier because of the reviews and I didn't want a carrier that closed her in. I can easily walk around wearing my her but I do worry about her falling out because it's not very deep. We got her one week ago from a rescue and she isn't comfortable with lying down in it yet as she is still getting to know us, so once she is more comfortable it will probably be easier to wear. It works but I wish we had gone with another style that was deeper.

I bought this to carry around my 5 lb puppy Shih tzu-maltese. It worked well, but I felt I had to keep a hand on my puppy at all times (in the bag) because he likes to squirm around. My apprehension about him trying to wiggle out of it was the only concern, which sent me to buying a pet stroller. But the item itself is well made, strong, soft material; I bought the black, adjustable version. I'm only 5'1", but I did ok with it. My puppy seemed ok, even as we walked through a crowded "fall festival", he was calm and seemed comfy.

I used this for about two weeks on a regular basis. I rarely use it now, but occasionally will pull it out if my 5lb Yorkipoo wants to be held. She will crawl into it covering her face and sleep while I work at my desk. Or, if I go on a walk with my chocolate lab, I will bring this along for when she gets tired of trying to keep up the pace. She also likes to stick her head out to see what is going on.What I don't like is the safety collar that is included. I am not sure what else you could use, but it doesn't seem to hold her in place if I bend over or something. She has fallen out but didn't get hurt.

This is just perfect. It is soft and very well made. I would reccomend buying the adjustable one as there are 2 types offered. This way you can wear it high or low and also adjust it to your height. I have a 5 lb yorkie and there is a lot of room for him in there. It is comfortable for me to wear and looks pretty comfortable for my dog . I like that it has a safety clip to attach to a harness so my dog is secure. Otherwise I wouldn't feel comfortable with the idea he might jump out and get hurt.It has a zippered pocket which is great for treats or anuthing else you may want to carry. It is a great design. Glad I found it.

I could use my sweater instead of paying for a piece of cloth. My Maltese fell off, very upset. Don’t sell a product that can harm its users.

When you recieve the carrier, you get a note saying if there's any questions or concerns to email them. I emailed them 2x without a response!! They ignored it all!This carrier is about an inch not deep enough and my Chihuahua falls out all the time if I don't have a harness on her. She's a toy Chihuahua. She's 16 inches in length and weighs 7 lbs. Not a perfect fit and I ended up buying another carrier. However, on the up side, if I'm just hanging around the house and want to snuggle her but don't have time, I use this and she is actually very comfortable in it. She seems to like this carrier. So.... there you go.

We unexpectedly had to take over care for my husbands grandmothers 10 pound princess. Never owning a small dog I didn't understand that walking with her would be a challenge. Taking her to see her momma was too much walking from the car to the room for the little one. I purchased this and the princess and I both are happy campers!! She had never been in one before and I had never used one. Best purchase ever! She loves being packed around in it and it is safe and secure for her. I am able to walk at my own pace and hands free to hold other things! Very soft and comfy for the both of us! I love this product and am so happy we found it!! I plan to get another in a brighter color just for fun!
