...however it hasn’t produced the amount of sweat that I’m used to with other waist shapers. I’m a size 12/14...weigh 217 lbs...purchased the size XL. My daughter had to help get me into it...but that’s what I wanted. After a few wears...I’m able to get into it myself. I wear it to sleep...and was comfortable. Wore it while working out...and it just didn’t give me the amount of sweat like my JSculpt trainer. After working out with my JScuplt I’m dripping in sweat. Decided to try this out because my JSculpt is too big and I’ve heard good things about the more comparable Amazon trainers. I’m gonna keep working out with it...and will continue to update.

Does not roll down at the back and roll up from the bottom

I was worried at first due to I am a very tall woman. I am 6'0 ½ or 6'1 weighing 244. I have a very long torso so was worried that it would not be long enough. My bust is 47½ waist 44 and hips 50 ½ so I order an 3x which fits perfectly but I may have been able to get a 2x but the 3x is completely fine. The waist trainer covers the fupua area to it entirety. I noticed that my back fat was poking out at the top of the waist trainer so I readjusted for the waist trainer to come up more in the back and WALLA 🙌🏿 instantly felt like it was hot girl summer again dead in the middle of winter! Be careful not to tighten it to tight because I did that at first and it felt like my ears starting breathing so I loosened it up and it felt much better. I would definitely suggest this waist trainer good quality and well worth the money!

I researched this online and found the same exact belt minus celebrity printing on it and this is the same exact waist trainer for much less. I'm normally a size large so I read the reviews and ordered an XXL. It fits snugly. I could probably fit a size XXXL but I'm happy with this as I plan on losing some inches anyways. Glad I found this here under $30 rather than bought the other for $100

I like the length of it, but looking at the other reviews and the size chart I got a large. I am 5’4 and weigh 148 lbs and a medium shirt and a 6 pants. I should have gotten a medium instead of a large. It was too easy to zip up, the bands were okay. But I wand it to be snug and loosen up with time.UPDATE......I returned the large and got a medium. And it fits PERFECT! I have it on now at work. I probably could have gotten away with a small, but I would have been too uncomfortable. One thing I love about it is that it restricts you from eating too much. I drink a seamoss smoothie for breakfast every morning and I cannot drink it all because I am too full. I am going to see how it feels tomorrow when I am working out. I workout Sunday-Tuesday, rest on Wednesday and workout Thursday-Saturday. I will be back to do an update on the workout

Overall I love the idea if this waist trainer fitting snug, high enough to cover everything but the breast and low enough where it stops just above the hips. Here's my issue the bones around itnthat keeps it from rolling up on you are my biggest issue because the dig in my thigh when I am sitting down and sometimes when I am just plain walking. When its not digging into my thigh it moves up and down so it tends to dig up under my arms too. I tried wearing something under it sonI don't feel it but Inhave to readjust too much during the day to achieve the level of comfort I need. The bones are my only issue poking me all the time. I wear this thing from. 5am to 1030pm. Done for weeks and smugness is perfect again just those metal bones on the side that causes discomfort for me. Now the other issue I have us with the belt straps. They just slide up and down on me. When Ingo tonadjust the bones the straps are either fallen low or shifted up under my breast and I have to slide them down. Other then that it's ok.

I love this waist shaper! I wear a size 18 in women’s and I got a 3x. Love how it covers the entire torso including the lower belly. I’m 6’1 so I’m was nervous about it being long enough but it’s perfect!
