Simple Home Creations Nonstick Silicone Muffin Pan 12 Standard Cup Size Single Tray Cream White

I've wanted to purchase a silicone muffin pan for a while. I used to take egg muffins to work and then gave up when cleaning my metal pan became a giant pain. I chose this one for the rave reviews. My egg muffins slid out of the pan effortlessly just minutes out of the oven. I think the glossy interiors of the cups is a contributing factor, not that I have experience with other silicone pans as comparison. I was very pleased with it overall. The only drawbacks are the floppiness of silicone--but I imagine that's unavoidable--so you have to put the pan on a cookie sheet to support it and the color. I feel like over time, the cream color will begin to stain, which will probably bug me.

It's a beautiful muffin pan, but it stained after the first use with just apple muffins. Now, the pretty cream colored silicone pan looks like it got pooped on. :(Update 11/02/2015: while it is still stained a little, this is my preferred muffin pan. It is flimsier than the red one and that's a good thing when freezing pesto, soup, potatoes or anything in small portions, they come out of this pan with ease. You can easily flip each cup inside out to remove the food. It's not as easy with the thicker red brand. I'm getting more of the white!

This pan performs well. Nothing sticks, and I just throw it in the dishwasher. So much nicer than the metal pan which I had to hand wash to keep from rusting. As other reviewers have said, the silicone pan is kind of floppy. That's not much problem for me when I am putting it *in* the oven. But when It is hot, I don't want to burn myself or squish the muffins trying to grab it securely. So I just put a cookie sheet at the edge of the oven rack, and slide the muffin pan out onto it.

I like these silicone muffin/cupcake pans. I was worried they'd be flimsy and hard to handle like some others I've tried. These are easy to handle and well made. They are not that very flimsy silicone that easily flop around and are hard to keep level while putting in oven. Yet, they'll easily pop out of the tray after cooling. I'd recommend these to anyone. Perfect size for a standard cupcake, not to small and not too large. The standard size cupcake papers (if you choose to use them, you don't have to) fit just right. Glad I bought them. EASY cleanup, and definitely non-stick. Shipping was fast, and packaged carefully. They stack together nicely and take up very little room. I think anyone would be pleased. I may come back for a couple more!

This muffin pan is sturdy enough to stand up without placing a flat pan under it during baking. Have used it for both hot and cold treats. I actually cut it in half cross-wise to use in my smaller micro-convection oven. I DO NOT have a full-sized oven available to me. Would re-order. Pleased that this is supposedly a food grade silicone based product.

Really good service so not a complaint there. May be obvious but while these pans are awesome for non stick, they are a little hard to maneuver into the oven or freezer because they collapse and spill. I put them on a baking sheet or need four hands to get them moved.

I tried these out with a spice cake mix made with butter. Put the muffin pans on aluminum baking sheets for stability. Baked 2 pans at the same time. The lower pan baked into off-center cones without much rise. The upper pan apparently baked on the surface, then the heated still liquid interior exploded through the shells into a variety of interesting shapes. Glad this was just an experimental batch. Will either return or send these pans to Goodwill. Just ordered Wilton Avanti Everglide pans. Hope they perform as well as Cook's Illustrated claims. I have a silicone mold I use for terrines, but I sure won't be buying any more silicone bakeware!

I've personally found that nonstick is a little bit of a stretch. I had cupcakes stick in these. They're still perfectly fine, though, I'd probably try out another kind versus buying another one of this brand.
