Great insert at a great price
This replaced a wood burner insert that we have not used in years. I am very pleased. Install was easy and it looks great. Heat output could be better and the range for the remote really sucks. Have to be within 3 feet for it to work. Have to get out of my chair to turn on off or change settings. Very pleasing to look at. My 4 cats love it as well. They gave the meow of approval.

Very disappointed
Remote does not work! One of the reasons I bought this item.The volume on the crackle sound is way to loud and unable to lower volume.For what I paid I’m very disappointed in the entire item.
