Sure Jell No Sugar Pectin, 1.75 oz (Pack of 6)

I have used this pectin for many years. It is easy to use, only wish it was cheaper.

Have used for years to make freezer jam.

These reduced sugar pectins were impossible to find in several local stores. I made strawberry freezer jam with regular pectin / it was ok, but too sugary. When I found the low sugar pectin, I made half a dozen batches. Perfect natural flavor, perfect “set”.

Ha. Get it? I’ve been making jam for years and I have a 100% success rate with this brand. I prefer the reduced sugar since our berries are already sweet.

I like that this uses less sugar--it allows the flavor of the juice to come through better. Check prices in your local store before ordering. I was uncertain as to supply so I ordered a batch, but I could have purchased it cheaper locally. This was not a bargain.

This is my go to and when Walmart stopped carrying it in store I had to find online. Love it! Perfect jelly every time!

I’ve used Sure Gel for decades, and was delighted when they came out with the low- or no-sugar variety. I don’t use as much sugar as recipes call for, and with this product my jellies still gel. I keep half a dozen boxes in my pantry and use it every summer for elderberry, blackberry and blueberry season.

Best lower sugar strawberry jam ever!
