After reaching over to get water last week and knocking over and smashing my lamp, I was on the lookout for a nice lamp for my bedroom table. This fit the bill.The lamp comes in a basic brown box. Annoyingly, there is no manual, though there is nothing to connect or set up so I doubt this will be an issue for anyone (especially as these things will just get thrown out).* Lamp gives off a lovely glow* The control lets you switch the lamp on and off* + and - buttons let you change the brightness* If you're reaching over in the dark to turn the light on, the three button set up on the control might result in you pushing the wrong button first* LED lights are bright* Will be cheaper to run than other lights because of the use of LED lights* Since this is powered using USB, I can connect this to the same USB multi charger I use to charge my phone at nightIt's a simple lamp in many ways, but it looks great and will be super cheaper to run. Pleased with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this lamp for my daughters bedroom as her old one went pop. I was intrigued by the fact that it is USB powered and has no bulb.All is good though. After a quick assembly (about 10 seconds!) the light was up and running. Brightness is great for some snoozy bedtime reading. A warm (2700k) yellow brightness that can be lowered across 5 different settings.Brightness is coming controlled by the inline switch, which has on/off button, and a +\- button. Pressing once switches between brightness. Holding down makes the light 💡 fade up or down across the full range.One final not not mentioned in the description, the inline switch includes a dim LED that slowly pulsates. It’s not distracting but means the switch is easily to find in the inky darkness:All in all happy with this replacement and some nice features for a simple and not expensive lamp.

I absolutely love this lamp, it is beautifully made of premium quality fabric shade and has a lovely solid wood base. It was very easy to assemble, you just squeeze the two metal clips and the shade just fits on.It is powered by a USB cable and it is a good length. What is great about this product is that it has 5 different modes of light so that you can adjust it to what you feel comfortable with your mood and also what I loved is that the little switch flashes on and off so that it is easy to find the switch in the dark to turn on.It is very safe and would be suitable for a child's room as there are no lightbulbs. I am going to use it in my bedroom and I am thinking of purchasing another one to go either size of my bed.

I purchased this in the " buy it again" option in orders but it is not exactly the same as the previous one.The one I had origionaly had a iluminated switch to aid location in the dark,useful for kids !

Not as bright or as warm white as hoped. Simple enough to set up and dont seem to have the flashing switch that others have complained about.

Initially bought for use at my home but hadn't realised it had USB so of no good to me but my eldest son took it on and is really pleased

The only thing I don't like is that the button lights up all the time and it's very annoying at night.

I like the lamp, however the polling lit on/off switch is too bright for my husband and we have to unplug the lamp at night.
