While I do feel that these tablets definitely do what they are intended for and that is to get rid of water retention, I do run a lot to the toilet, it is too early yet to say if they actually do help with weight loss as i have only been taking for a few days hence the 4 stars

It does what it's supposed. Will indeed stimulate and make you pee. Make sure you drink plenty thought as you might be dehydrated soon.
