I love healthspan products they are really good value for money, they come in lovely packaging. High strength omega 3 1000mg in each capsule, easy to swallow and no after taste. I also take the the collagen tablets from the same company.

Healthspan's Omega 3 Capsules are the first supplement I'd tried for omega 3 and I was interested in trying as I very rarely eat fish or any source of omega 3. I trusted this brand so I though it would be a good choice. This omega 3 has 1000mg of fish oil of which 120mg is DHA and 170mg is EPA. Having since bought other brands of supplements I don't feel this is a lot DHA/EPA and the 1000mg makes it sound more than it is. I have noticed I've felt better whilst using other brands. Maybe this could be why but I'm not sure. There are 120 capsules which is a two months supply however I have been taking only one a day and still getting benefits. I am pleased with the amount as this is very affordable with it lasting 4 months for me. The capsules are packaged in a plastic and foil packaging which is good as it keeps them fresh and if one broke it wouldn't make them all smell but it does seem like a lot of packaging unnecessarily. These capsules are easy to take and whilst they are quite big they are quite easy to swallow. Originally when taking these I noticed some differences but I've noticed far more from taking other brands of omega 3 so I don't buy these so much anymore. If you're looking for a more affordable omega 3 though this would be a good choice.

They come in blister packs. This is far better than tubs.

Dry eye tablets
I brought these to help with my dry eye problem. My usual ones weren’t available so brought these which were cheaper but still had good reviews. They are just as good as the more expensive ones and will continue to buy these as they are just as good as the ones I used to buy.
