OMG..... just recived my devices, having trouble breathing through my nose in the day and sleeping at night, just popped a set in my nose and OMG, ive used the pac machine to no avail, put just this little device is amazing and a fraction of the price they should be on the NHS, having said that its easy and faster to get then now and not have to wait weeks to see someone at a hospital as i am doing yet again. thanks to this little device my life can only get better.

I have a narrow bridge to my nose and these are great at keeping my nasal passages open when lying down. They reduce my snoring but can't eliminate "throaty" snoring. Helpful though. It would be good to be able to buy the size required once you have got the mixed size pack. I find I have wasted the ones that are too large/small.

Only possibly works if your nasal passage tend to close. If, like me, it's more back of throat then... Well... Yeah these do nothing.

I almost didn't buy these as I believed that my snoring was throat related (tongue drops back) as opposed to nasal snoring, which these are aimed at. I was therefore surprised that they actually worked. They keep your nasal passages open to allow more air through which really helps to reduce the noise. My only problem with this product is that they eventually work their way loose and fall out throughout the night as you naturally move about. About halfway through the night I'm usually awoken with a prod in the back and have to try and locate them among the bedcovers. We still have broken sleep but nowhere near on the same scale as previously.

Not the most comfortable and seem to not be able to get used to it despite trying different sizes. Definitely feels like there’s something stuck in my nose but they’re not hard. Hubby says snoring much improved so they do work!!!

Too small for my dad. Fell out immediately, even the largest ones. Maybe not for British noses??
