I really like this type of masher. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to use. It makes mashing potatoes easy and smooth without too much effort. Personally, I prefer this style over other mashers — it feels more controlled and works great for getting the texture just right. It’s simple, effective, and easy to clean. Definitely my favorite tool for mashed potatoes!

I would highly recommend this potato smasher to anyone because it’s very sturdy and well designed. It’s very light weight to work with and when washing it’s a breeze too. I’m very happy with my purchase of this exact potato smasher.

I have never really been a big cook or entertainer at my home, and this year with COVID-19 didn't exactly seem like the prime opportunity to start becoming one. However, due to my 17 year old son turning 18 in less than 2 months and him enlisting in the US Marines, I'll be damned if I am not going to cook my kid a holiday meal for the holidays this year when I dont know if he will be stateside next year or Lord knows where else from there on. So forgive my rant and reasoning on making some homemade garlic and cream cheese mashed potatoes! Since I really wasn't much of a cook I only had one of those flimsy, lame plastic mashers...THIS one was amazing and so effortless! I literally would push down and then do kind of a wrist twist motion and then tap the masher on the bowl and just work my way around the bowl and it got EVERYTHING! It easily incorporated my butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic... I didn't need to get out the mixer and risk turning my potatoes into glue! The unit itself is sturdy and the handle is easy to hold while working. I made enough mashed potatoes for 5 people so I suppose if you were making a ton...maybe your arm would get tired? I really can't comment on that. I did toss it in a bowl of soapy water that sat in the sink prior to tossing in the dishwasher, but when I pulled it out of that bowl of soapy water...very little potato residue was on it. I have used the potato masher about 4 times total but never have actually washed by hand. Im to lazy and just dump it in the dishwasher, but it comes out completely clean without anything stuck in holes. Very pleased with this kitchen tool purchase.

This product feels extremely sturdy. I initially bought it to make mashed potatoes, and it did a fantastic job with that. It mashes pretty quickly and creates a great consistency; fairly smooth but not creamy. There's definitely some slight chunkiness left which I love. I have actually been using this to mash up avocados to make guacamole and it works perfectly for that as well. The product is also extremely easy to clean. Throw it in the dishwasher or spray it off in the sink. This is a great addition to my kitchen.

Every time I went to make anything mashed I'd have to spend a lot of time and energy using just a fork. This masher is a good quality kitchen tool, though I've only used it a few times, that helps get the job done. I so dislike dragging out another large electric kitchen device just to mash up some potatoes; the clean up associated with it just wasn't justifiable...so this is quick, simple and efficient...unless you're making mountains of mashed potatoes! Recommended.

This is a value for money product for sure, I made mashed potatoes a couple of times and it was speedy because of the length of the handle and good thickness, the grip is in a perfect size for any handheld held

Good for mashing although not easy to use. Needs a better handle to use.

Excelente herramienta para cocinar, aplastar, reducir alimentos por compresión bien equilibrada , hasta el momento no he encontrado oxidación, por lo que hasta el momento es un buen metal , y otro aspecto súper importante: es fácil tomarlo con la mano o manos y ejercer fuerza y se siente bien equilibrado, es muy fácil de lavar , y así evito plástico tóxico otros productos de similar función Le doy ,5 estrellas por todo lo anterior, por ser económico y que su llegada se anticipó una semana , o sea súper rápido servicio.
