For under $200, this is a great machine!
I never write reviews, but if you’re like me, you’re going to research new coffee machines like it’s your second job… hah. So here I am, about a month into owning the 10 cup model with an honest review. I LOVE IT. Between me and my husband, we use it 2-3x a day and have nothing but praise for it. We are not coffee snobs by any means, but we wanted to get away from kcups/nespresso pods (due to the waste) and after using a Keurig for many years, decided to make the switch to this very popular machine. I didn’t have too many requirements other than something programmable and the ability to brew different amounts.I’ll start with the things I love about it:1. Easy setup + use. After everything was washed and I ran a clean cycle, the machine was ready for use. To brew coffee, you select the size then choose if you want “classic” or “rich”. Once you select, it starts blinking and then will begin to brew shortly after. Brew times are fairly quick, no complaints there. A full carafe (on the classic setting) brews in roughly 8 minutes. The delay brew option is easy to use as well. I usually set up the machine at night for my husband so he has coffee waiting for him at 5:30a when he gets up for work. The machine brews in a few minutes and is fairly quiet — it does beep several times once done, but does not disturb me or our young toddler. I don’t find it loud or disruptive.2. Features. Honestly, this machine is well equipped for under $200. Several options for brew sizes, the classic vs rich, option to brew a specialty 4oz cup (not espresso since it doesn’t get hot enough, but I’m not picky and it works for a quick at home option), brew over ice, and of course the built in frother. It would be nice if the frother warmed the milk too, but I just pop it into the microwave to heat prior to frothing. Froths nicely! I also really love the included measuring scoop. It attaches to the machine for convenience. I follow the guides for number of scoops and use it every time I need to measure the grounds.3. The aesthetic look of the machine and feel of quality. It looks nice on my kitchen counter and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Plus it’s nice the frother folds in to make it even more compact. The included glass carafe feels good and doesn’t feel cheap or too thin. Overall I feel the quality of the machine is nice for the price.I read a lot of the complaints, which I’ve had zero issues with. There is no plastic taste/smell anywhere on the machine. I did thoroughly wash each piece and ran a clean cycle prior to use, but I didn’t even notice a smell when I unpacked the machine. Coffee is plenty hot and there is even a “stay warm” feature you can choose after brewing your coffee (it does automatically come on after brewing a half/full carafe), but sometimes I will use the multi serve option and brew it into the included carafe then turn on the stay warm feature if it’s going to take me more than a bit to drink the 2 cups I usually get from it. I have never once had any grounds in my coffee after brewing. You can use the included filter or brew using #4 cone filters.I really love this machine and do not miss my Keurig at all. Of course time will tell if it stands up to daily use, but as of now I’m thrilled with this purchase and hope to have it for several years. Hope this review helps someone! Enjoy ☕️

Much much better than Keurig
Infinitely better than KeurigLong time Keurig user as I basically brew one cup at a time. Both of my last two Keurigs broke just after the one year warranty and never got the coffee really hot. Thought I’d try this Ninja with its many options and it is so much better. First the coffee is at a hot temperature, not too hot but hot. Second since I use my own ground beans it’s far more flavorful than when I refilled my pods on Keurig. Since I mainly make one cup at a time I put the carafe in my cupboard and know I can use it when I have company. I thought there would be a learning curve but it’s simple and easy to use. Reusable filter is great but I also opted to use paper filters. All in all I’m very happy with the switch and will never buy Keurig again ( I have used Keurig for over 25 years but the last one breaking after 13 months one month after warranty was the final straw). It does have a smaller water capacity than my Keurig but the trade off is well worth it. Since I mainly used refillable pods this isn’t much of a difference.

Worth it to this coffee lover!
I have only had this for a few days. I ordered this to replace my Ninja that I had for almost 10 years. I was not sure if I should spend the extra money and get this one with added functions as all I ever make is regular coffee.I am so glad I did. I have tried the cold brew, the iced coffee, and of course, the regular brew. I am loving it all. I love that the Ninja creates a HOT cup of coffee. This model is completely silent except for the beeps to say it is finished. The only down side (and I am being sarcastic) is I no longer wake to the smell of coffee brewing. The delayed feature works perfectly, but the aroma of coffee seems to be so well contained.

Best cup of coffee we’ve had for a long time!
Amazing cup of coffee! We were going to wait to set it up until we had run out of Keurig pods. So glad we didn’t wait. In this month’s issue Consumer reports a variety of coffee makers were reviewed. We didn’t want one that ground the beans, because of the mess. We bought a separate grinder that works like a champ and no mess. This coffee maker is the bomb! Great versatility and reasonably priced!
