Great product

I have been looking for a good Omega-3 for a long time. I don't eat fish. Absolutely don't like fish. But I know I need Omega-3 fatty acid in my diet desperately. When I searched for a non fishy Omega-3, this was the first to pop up. No fishy aftertaste. No fishy burps. No fishy smell. Great health benefits. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. Since I started with this Omega-3 over a year ago, I have noticed a big difference in my labs for lipids and cholesterol. Definitely been a good choice and option.

Quality omega-3 fatty acids in an EPA/DHA ratio and dose that falls within the recommendations of most studies. This is a nutritional supplement so don’t expect to notice any gross anatomical or overnight changes. It isn’t going to overcome or reverse the effects of an unhealthy diet containing excessive saturated fat, fried foods, fast food, etc.. But if you are on a diet similar to the Mediterranean diet, it will help replace the omega-3s if you rarely or don’t eat omega-3 containing fish/seafood.

The nature of fish oil which isn't highly purified is that it gives you the farts, as is the case with this product. A much more refined omega-3 EPA/DHA fish oil, such as that sold by OmegaVia.com, causes far less gas, but it's twice as expensive. For the cost/value this Natural Factors fish oil is a much better value for the money. Beware of generic fish oils because if they don't specify the dose of EPA 400 mg of + DHA 200 mg then they aren't pharmaceutical equivalents.

After 8 days of taking this my joint pain is so much better. I have arthritis in my neck, bunions, hammer toes, knee tendonitis and a bad shoulder from dislocating it many times. Overall my pain improved so much that my quality of life is much better. I think it helps my mood and cognition a little as well. This brand, Natural Factors, is the best because they are family owned and operated in Canada. Canada has higher regulations for supplements than the US. Pretty much getting pharmaceutical grade stuff from them. I trust that their products are safe and that what they say is in them is all that’s in them. No fishy aftertaste. Big soft gels but that’s typical for fish oil. Keep them in the freezer if you won’t be taking them everyday to maintain freshness.

The higher potency really helps deliver a therapeutic amount to keep us healthy. This is a Really good quality company.

One of her daughters has ADD. She has gotten incredible results using this fish oil product. (with her concentration.) She said it has worked better than any drug she’s ever had to be on. Plus it helps with some autoimmune issues that she also has. My husband also has some aches and pains. When he’s regularly taking this product he does not Have those.

I like this brand because the product label clearly starts the amount of EPA and DHA. Unfortunately, the product I received was not the strength I ordered. I received half the strength I ordered.
