Fused or burnt bulb
The lamp works well, but I received a burnt out bulb. I was going to return thinking it was faulty, but decided to check and purchased a new bulb from a local store. The lamp works well now with new bulb.

It's a simple lamp with a nice tripod design. Could have worked on finese and colour.
