very good quality bag, as described on page. Arrived quickly well packaged. I didnt go to use the bag immediately and when i did i found out it was not suitable for what i wanted it for which was a shame (the side openings were not big enough to get a firm A4 folder in the opening) The main compartment is very roomy and the lining was lovely and firm (not floppy) material that was not oversized. Excellent bag. I contacted seller as still inside the return date and the item was picked up the next working day (today) and later the same day i have received an e mail saying my refund has been processed. Fantastic customer service. Keep it up. The item quality surpassed what i was expecting just a shame i couldnt get to use it as i wanted to. I definately would buy from this seller again. 5* seller

Bought this for an elderly aunt who's needed a lighter bag with a zippered side pocket to put her mobile for easy access. This bag fits the bill nicely. It's super lightweight, roomy, has a zippered side pocket and also two other 'buttoned' side pockets that's handy. The dark blue colour is perfect as it's easy to match with her clothes. I'm tempted to buy the purple one myself!

The strap is not long enough to be cross body and cuts the neck area. On a positive note the bag is very roomy and a lovely colour.

Really nice bag, roomy on the inside with two extra side pockets, which took two days for me to realise I had. Nice and lightweight. Put together well including the inside lining. Excellent bag for some one at school/college. I have the blue which is a lovely navy colour and I will be getting the purple one as well. Definitely would recommend.

It's a really nice bag, it looks stylish while being perfectly functional and practical for the likes of college. It fits my 11.6 inch laptop in its sleeve aswell as an a4 notepad which is exactly what I need it to do. The side pockets make for easy access for bus passes etc so it's great for on the go use. There are loads of internal pockets so you can carry a lot and the water proof material makes me confident about bring it to college with me no matter the weather. I'd definitely consider buying another considering the price.
