Great product - did exactly what I wanted, providing that Nitric Oxide boost and that increased pump when I lift. Workouts felt much more intense and I felt myself getting more energized as I went through my workout, whereas I often ran out of steam due to muscle fatigue.BUT unfortunately it seems I'll have to stop taking it. I suffered for a month with incredibly swollen sinuses and nasal passages, dry to the point of cracking. By chance I saw that inflammation of nasal passages was one of the side effects of supplementing with L-Arginine. Apparently this is rare, though its advised that people with allergies or asthma not take this product. I have allergies but not asthma. I went off of it for a few days and my sinuses were relieved, then tried to take 1 pill (I had been taking up to 3 a day) and it seems even 1 has a negative effect on me. I may explore other options because I love what the product did for me. I'm going to try L-Citrulline and hope that that can give me the same benefits and hopefully less side effects.So because this product DOES work and because the side effects I experienced are seemingly rare, I still have to give it a 5-star review because I really do recommend this product to anyone looking for the NO boost and that bigger pump.

I am truly impressed. After only a month, I have noticed a significant drop in my blood pressure readings. I do not take BP medication, but was starting to inch up in the readings after years of being "normal", so my readings would typically fall in the 130/78 to 126/74 range, which my doctors think is okay, but I would prefer be lower. Now, after taking 2 of these "Amazing Formulas" L-Arginine tablets per day for less than a month, my BP readings are coming in at 109/62 and 107/59! Now I can't wait until the next time I have my blood tests done at the lab to see whether or not there will also be changes in my cholesterol readings, after reading some of the other posts. But even if there aren't.. these changes to my BP are well worth the affordable cost of these tablets. Granted, the tablets are big.. but I haven't really had a problem taking them. And I certainly haven't had any problems with them flaking or breaking up, etc.

The pills are large, but soft which makes them easier to swallow.

L-arginine, Beet Root + L-arginine, Vitamin B6, Yohimbine, Magnesium, Maca Root, Men’s 50+ Complete, and panax Korean red ginseng (take for the really fun nights, if you know what I mean).I’m overweight, but my conditioning when i grapple, is literally on par or better than guys nearly half my age. I’ve always had good stamina (with not the world’s worst sprinter ever), but this helps keep the prescribed meds and doctors away. This stack helps me with my energy levels, as my testosterone has been sub 400s for a couple of years now. I don’t want to take the ‘juice’, especially because I do seek to compete ethically in jiu jitsu whenever I can.The video is meant for a splitting maul, but I actually think this might help someone. I’m out there with boys and nephews, and they are high energy. Even that I work a lot, I still get the energy I need. If this helps someone with low energy issues, than this tangent is worth it.

Started taking it when I looked like a college kid that plays video games all day without a days worth of gym time. Combined with working out I now look like the Rock, without the muscles, height and good looks. But hey I do have the same skin complexion. That counts right?

First of all, you can’t rate a product based on the size of the pill knowing, when you buy it, that each pill is 1000 mg. That’s 1 g!. Of course it’s big! If you have difficulty swallowing large pills, buy smaller ones!Regarding the efficacy of the product, I find it to be one of the better arginine products I’ve purchased over the years. I combine it with L citrulline and find that my pumps in the gym are better and blood flow to the nether regions is improved as well.This is my fourth time purchasing the product. And I will again.

Good product overall

I actually used this for the treatment of low testosterone or low-t. Low cost works great. Highly recommend for any male over the age of 40! Trust me I know it works my doctor did blood tests and confirm that use of this product raise my testosterone levels by 400. And I only took it for 3 to 4 days. Doctor prescribes other medications to be used in conjunction with this product.now I have testosterone levels in the six to eight hundred range after taking it for a year. When I started my testosterone level was 97. Mind you these are my results your results will vary. The best part about it is you don't have to cycle this supplement like others. Just a simple amino acid but man it works good!
