Vampire Knight, Vol. 19 (19)

This was my long awaited volume to the series. I was so involved in this manga that I would practically go into a state of depression when I had to wait months for the next volume to come out. So I wised up and quit reading after volume 14 and decided that I would re-read all the volumes once the final volume came out. I must say that it was worth the wait. I had tears in my eyes when I finished volume 19, but the tears are due more to the poignancy of the bittersweet end to the story that I loved to much. I hope that Funimation or some other anime company will complete the anime to this series now that the manga has ended. I know that I'll be one of the first customer to buy the anime on Amazon.I can't say enough on how well this manga was written and illustrated. Kudos to Matsuri Hino. I would like to say more but I might ruin this manga for others. So if you want to know how this story ends, pick up all of the volumes and start reading. You won't be disappointed, because all of the volumes are keepers.

SPOILERS I've been following VK for years. I think it wrapped up nicely. It would've been nicer if more surprises had been thrown in. I was dying to see Yuki's wings and butterflies again, and to see her personally kick Isaya's butt - didn't happen. I was also dying to see her and Zero together and happy, and that didn't happen either, (or at least it wasn't shown in the story.) I was also imagining something really surprising and different would happen to the hunter weapons when Kaname threw his heart in the furnace. Anyway, can't always get everything you imagine, I guess. Nice enough! Sayonara, Vampire Knight! It's been fun.

I remember when this series first came out into shojo beat. I was so excited and now that it's finally over it's sad. The ending didn't go as I thought it would because I'm one of those sappy cliche loving person, but hino made the best decision and having it go the way it. I totally cried tears of happiness and sadness haha. If you haven't read this series you must !!! You fall in love with the character's and you could relate to their feelings. But all in all so sad to see the series end but was completely amazing!!

I've love Vampire Knight for as long as I could remember, and I'm happy to have this and have the story come to a close (for at least the main story at least)!

Well got the main story finished. But there’s some bonus stuff so I’m gonna go did into that right now.

Unexpected ending but I felt that Hino sensei was able to satisfy many ship fandoms (Zero x Yuuki and Kaname x Yuuki). It was bittersweet and the first time I read it, I cried. It's definitely my favorite manga series and I recommend it to anyone to read. Enjoyable and it was oh so emotional for me. We finally got the ending we deserved and it was worth it. :')Watch out for the special chapter 94 called Life that will be released in December of 2014 :)

A great way to finish off the series. The art is beautiful as always and the additional art book with the limited edition copy is really great! It contains the majority of Matsuri Hino's coloured art throughout the series.

this came so beautiful presented :) I love the cover and the little art book that came with it. The illustrations are gorgeous and Matsuri Hino is my inspiration. Besides that, I read it right though and...I cried. I am so upset the series has ended and I can't wait for Vanpire Knight Fleeting dreams to come out and her new series to come out in English :)
