Some new things but also some basics - I love Neven's approach. Not sure I need to be told how to make prawn and avocado wraps, but the beetroot carpaccio with walnut pesto and goats' cheese looks like it could appear as a starter fairly soon.

This is a great cookbook buy Neven Maguire, some gorgeous recipes and I have already cooked many dishes.
