The only bit I have used so far twisted up after a couple of holes. These bits are obviously created by twisting the shaped metal into a spiral drill bit. This one untwisted itself. They might work better soft dried lumber.

The steel used is soft and weak. The one I used twisted itself in the opposite direction half way up the bit. Sent it back.

Opened the package as soon as it arrived. Everything seemed fine. Put the drill bit in my drill press and turned it own and realized that 1. The bits are not very sturdy and 2. every bit was wither warped or bent. Ever try to drill a 4mm hole with a bit that wobbles about 8 mm?

Weakest metal in a drill bit that I have ever seen. Drilling wood drill bit stops, the drill uncurles the bit, just a piece of soft metal.

Absolute waste of money. Super soft metal that twists like a twist tie. Bits came bent because of how soft the metal is. Probably great for styrofoam but nothing else.

came well packaged, with a case and markings ( weirdly rare when ordering these long bits)well oiled, not a spec of rust and perfectly straight if my pen blanks are any indication.would be nice if they were keyed near the base but that can cause issue so i understand why they left them flat.all together, exactly what i was hoping for.

Very low quality. Drilled half a hole and the 7mm bit tied itself into a knot. Literally. I have photos. The bits are too weak to handle even modest tasks.

Cheap quality metal. Brad points are very poor quality and do not cut uniformly.Very disappointed

0 stars. These bits are terrible. They're sharp but they just bend when they hit the wood. I was drilling through soft cedar. One bit bent when it hit the wood. Another got stuck in the wood and straightened out the bit! Absolute garbage.

I put this in my drill and the drill tipped over on the floor and the drill bit bent!! These are no good as they are not even hardened. I am a toolmaker by trade and though I could use this to drill a hole in wood even if they weren't very good and they couldn't even drill in the wood without straightening out. Like I mean the twist in the drill untwisted, unbelievable.
