My business runs 3 Samsung printers, so we go through these imaging units on a regular basis. Over the past two years I've bought 4 from this company so far - work great at a much reduced price from brand name. One did show up with a faulty chip, but they issued a free shipping label and processed a full credit for my returned drum.

Arrived as scheduled, packaged well, well made, was easy to replace the old unit, perfect replacement, hopefully will last for 9000 pages as displayed.

Excellent replacement for the original Samsung roller assembly. It works just like the original.

I questioned the low price but decided to give it a try. The package arrived with a partially torn off RETURN label on the box. The factory sealed plastic bag inside had been opened previously and was secured with a piece of tape. There was black powder on the white gear mechanism. This is clearly a return and probably was used. If it's a rebuilt unit, it's a poorly done rebuild. Print quality is terrible. I will not buy from this company again, and since they tend to change names after bad reviews, I'll probably stick to Samsung brand. Not worth the lower price.
