I am using this to help me sleep. It's working and I only need to take half the dose. I have no side effects and my sleep quality has improved.

I started taking these at night to help me sleep. At first, I wasn't noticing too much of a difference but then when I stopped taking them, I could not fall asleep. When I started taking them again, I started falling asleep quickly. I wish they were a little cheaper but they're worth it.
