I’m really happy with this product, I got the AM and the PM tablets, they came super quick despite the delays because of Covid - 19. The packaging is really nice and very professional. On each box there is a QR code that you scan with your phone which leads you to have a direct message with your own concierge with directions in how to use the product. It also comes with an amazing lengthy meal plan with lots of different meals and snacks for you to make at home. It also has its own BMI calculator that’ll send you reminders if it’s what you want. And the last thing that you get for free is a calorie counter app which is probably the best one I’ve ever found. I can’t wait to start seeing a difference as I’m only on day 3.

Having been on a Keto diet previously and revisiting it, but this time adding A.M. to my daily routine, I can confidently say that in the past 5days I have seen a distinct change in appetite, cravings and energy levels. Bloating has gone, energy levels are elevated and cravings have gone entirely. Clothes are more comfortable and confidence is up! Win win!!! Why didn’t I find this sooner?!

Swallowing pills have always been a issue for me and I try to avoid it as much as possible but when these arrived (on time) I was a bit worried about the size. However as I’m writing this review it means I’m not dead yet so the trick I’m using is to swallow it with water. I do find that once taken I am very thirsty and am drinking up to 3l of water a day when previously I would only have 2-3 glasses per day. It’s too soon to tell if I’m losing weight with it but I am eating foods from the Keto diet and do feel like I have more energy overall

I read the reviews and should have paid attention to them. I am already on a reduced calorific eating plan and run regular and use the gym three times a week.these pills did nothing for me except raise my heart rate. You may as well just drink Red Bull (Other drinks are available).Save your money.Flushed them down the loo...
