Beautiful piece of luggage. Sadly, the only issue is the size specs in the description are off so the one we got was too small. Note, the length on the small is 17"! However, we loved the look of this piece and it seems to be made very, very well. We just got the credit back for this one and promptly ordered the LARGE which is 23" long. The Medium is 19" long. The company was AMAZING in email communication and got back to me promptly with questions and return. Returning was a bit difficult as I had to ship it back to Japan via DHL. But Moierg gave me their account and paid for it going back. I felt bad, actually, that I had to return it. Also, the product arrived way faster than was stated. When our larger one comes in, my husband will put it to the test on a business trip to India, so stay tuned.JUST IN: The piece arrived faster than Amazon said it would and it's the right size. JUST GORGEOUS. He'll be putting it to the test on an upcoming trip to India, so we'll see how it holds up to abuse. But, it seems so well-made and well designed. The only thing is the straps may get to be a pain to have to keep buckling when in a hurry. But, I love it and hope to get my own piece soon!

The product is alright. But for almost $250.00 I expected a little better quality. Although it arrived quickly, it has a nice dent/fold right on the top crease. I'm assuming from careless handling during shipping. I ordered the large thinking it would be the size of my other suitcases but it is not. It is very tiny. I believe this product though is more of a fashion type thing than actual utility use.The material is lightweight I'll give it that but it feels very cheap and very unauthentic. I wouldn't buy one of these again and I'm contemplating returning it for a refund. If you're looking for something really stylish this is great, but if you're looking for something that can take being stuffed full, toss around at the airport and carried everywhere with minimal wear, I don't think this is the product for you.Because of the material/quality, I'm actually a little worried on how long this thing will last.

I couldn't be happier with my luggage or customer service!!!! Both have been amazing 😊I got the Small, medium and the carryon in white and they are beautiful!!! The company shipped them to me so fast that I reviewed them in less then a week from Japan to Calgary!!!My only issue was the first flight I took with the the airline was very rough and I had a sharp tear in the corner of my luggage cover and it cut through the leather :( I'm sure I can get it fixed through weather, fingers crossed but I may have to keep these as my shorter weekend luggage as I love it soooo much and I don't want it damaged. The locks are sturdy and so is the construction....not going to lie I was worried but it showed up and is beautiful!!I can't wait to buy the large In White to complete the whole set!!!Happy GirlSarah from Calgary

(My review for the Large and Medium Trolley) These suitcases are soo gorgeous and just as I expected and wanted. I bought the whole set (Medium, Large, and Carry on) except for the small roller, which I do plan on purchasing in the future. I had originally added these to my wishlist over a year ago. What I liked so much about them was that they had that vintage luggage look and from the limited reviews the buckles and locks worked. However, as I said - there were limited reviews, so it's hard to justify spending so much on a piece of luggage from Japan.When they arrived in the mail - they came in the cutest boxes with actual luggage tracing on the outside and when I opened them the plastic packaging that covered this suitcase was in addition to a simple thin fabric brown dust cover. The medium didn't however , but Moierg was really good about getting a replacement to me for that when I inquired. When I opened up the luggage, there were keys attached inside for the locks and I could tell that the straps were functional. I ended up labeling them. Plus the white with brown overlay looked so much greater in person.I purchased these for a week long trip I took to Rochester NY. They do run small, I used all three cases I bought as well as a small leather backpack I have that matches the brown to carry my flight things such as headphones, wallet, tablet, and books. I had a lot of things to bring as we were going to be camping in Ossian Forrest as well as all the other days which all fit nicely in the cases. This didn't leave room for me to bring anything back but I am not one to buy lots of trinkets when traveling unless I know I can't live without it or find it online.I knew that I would be checking at least this one in so I bout a cover for it here on Amazon ( https://amzn.com/B017LH4L40) in the Star color Size S and M and a luggage strap (https://amzn.com/B016M7WNWC) in the blue color. These I figured would protect it from popping open or getting damaged beyond repair by the airport handling, especially as they were white. I ended up having to check the medium bag because of a full flight but it came out okay.I was flying from Houston TX so it's quite a journey with at least one layover during any flight. When I arrived 3 hours delayed at the Buffalo airport my baggage was off the carousel sitting with the others and I could easily see it with the cover and I didn't look like there were any remarkable damage marks to the bag, thanks to the cover. When I got to the room I was staying in - I did encounter some scratches but I think that this was from having the medium and large bags stacked on one another without their covers.On the flight home I was not as worried that there would be much more damage to the bag; and there wasn't, it was mostly on the corners where the cover didn't reach on the bottom.
