PROS:- Top customer service from Bluewud! Cannot praise it enough.- Accurate dimensions- Finished product looks (almost) as advertised.- Assembly instructions easy to understand- Cheaper than buying it from storeCONS:- Poor material quality- Back-side board white instead of dark (see pic)- Almost all boards a bit damaged at the corners (see pic)- Assembling it yourself takes a LOT of efforts. Better pay to get it assembled.I bought it for ₹5800, which was cheaper than similar units we saw in local stores. I wish I had waited for 2 more weeks as the price came down to ₹5000 during Prime Day sale (Regret#1).This was my first experience with a DIY furniture product so was quite excited. The boards are properly numbered and the assembly intructions are quite easy to understand (but not as easy to apply). You should have the right set of tools, without which this can be a nightmarish experience. The difference between a 6-inch screwdriver and a 12-inch screwdriver can be substantial.You will need:- 12-inch reversible Flat-head and Philips-head screwdriver- Hammer- Pliers- Paper-tapeFirstly, this is not easy. Assembling the unit yourself takes a lot of time and efforts. If you are not accustomed to doing hard work while bending down (which I wasn't) then be prepared to get back-pains during and after assembly (which I got).Within an hour of starting assembly, one of the minifix housing pins broke (see pic). They give you the exact number of parts to assemble the unit, so if anything breaks or gets lost then you have to contact Bluewud customer service. I had to wait till Monday 10am to contact them on the phone but after that it was all a smooth experience. They asked for my order number, found my details immediately, asked me to send a pic of the damaged part over Whatsapp and I had a duplicate set of spare parts in my hands 24 hours later. That's it...it was that simple! Top marks for their customer service team.Next weekend I resumed the assembly and it took me roughly 3-4 hours to finish the job. The last part takes the most efforts, as you have to screw 8 3.5x50mm long screws in the base of the unit. Follow that up with screwing 16 3.5x16mm screws to fix the legs. The particle boards are too weak to use a drill so it's all heavy screwing. This is where a long screwdriver makes all the difference (Regret#2).Despite the easy intructions, it takes a bit of knowledge and competence to assemble the unit correctly. Reversing mistakes is not easy and any mistakes you make are mistakes you have to live with. The back side board is very thin and flexible. It should have been as thick as rest of the unit boards so you can see some cost-cutting there. Nailing the back-side board while aligning it correctly with the rest of the unit can be a bit tricky so use some paper-tape to hold it in place before nailing it (Regret#3).The Bluewud logo is a bit smudged and not as good as advertised in the pics.I would definitely recommend buying this unit with a bit of advice:1) Wait for a good discount.2) Contact Customer Support if you are not happy with the condition of the delivered package.3) Get it assembled professionally from Bluewud if possible. That way the responsibility is all theirs.4) Don't have unrealistic expectations. This is definitely a budget product and expect accordingly.

It's pretty good tv table on very affordable price.The quality of the product is decent not to good not to bad as far as the price goes it's pretty good.Its a do it yourself product so people should have right set of tool like screwdriver,hammer and a plier to assemble it otherwise u can contact bluewood for the professional help that will be chargeable it take good amount of time to assemble it took me and my father 2 to 3 hrs of time to assemble it we followed the plan given by bluewood it got assemble. Plan is easy to understand all the marking are done on components so that u can easily connect the component as laid out in the plan once table is completed u feel a sense of accomplishment .I would really suggest that people with some experience with tools should assemble it as it is lot of hardwork to assemble it's not easy to install I would really suugest to take the help of professional sent by bluewood or any other u prefer if u want to get free from all hassel.i really loved this product solved my purpose in very affordable and efficient way

Worth for its price

The table piece is broken when I opened.However, when I contacted bluewud (after the return period was over), they took back the piece and delivered a new piece. Something I would expect of 'Customer service'. Good stuff!They loose one star because, overall I think the packaging can be better, which will avoid these damages during delivery in first place.The TV unit itself is good.

After material was delivered there were issues with installation but i really appreciate Team Bluewud and Ms Diksha in particular for their persistence in resolving the issue. Kudos to them. Product is good at price and i am happy with it.

Yes, it's easy to assemble. Have to follow hte instructions provided by the company.

Product Quality is good everbut they don't have an adequate Services for installation...Return policy are very bad..I recommend to only buy this product if you have a carpenter nof known.
