These red and black roses are cut and dyed during a proprietary dying process. Shortly after first-cut these roses are dipped in organic dye which is then absorbed by the stem and permeates throughout the bloom. In this case the dying is done so that only half the bloom changes to a rich black color leaving the other half with its natuaral vibrant red color. It creates a look you have never seen before. Disappointing and embarrassing...arrived wilted!
I bought these as a gift for my nieces. They arrived wilted and sad looking...nor what I had in mind for my loved ones! Embarrassing...especially since they were so excited for their rainbow roses & it was an early present for one of their birthdays! :(I contacted the seller and will update my review once they have replaced the flowers with good ones.

Big Mother's Day Success
This was a Mother's Day present and I thought these would be great because she has her main room done in a blue theme. They were indeed a big hit and Flower Explosion got them there on time, as promised.
