Just Be Careful - Consider an Alternate Application Method?
It's up, it looks great, and no one will ever care about the way it was applied -- except those who are also trying to apply it.Bottom line - if you take your time, refuse to panic, and adapt as you go, things should go OK.The instructions say to peel and trim a few inches of the backing paper from one end, apply that section to the wall, and then pull the backing paper away from underneath as you go, applying the decal from the end you started at. This is the method I used, and it eventually worked -- but there were some frustrations as the decal didn't always stay on the transfer paper, i.e. small portions began to stay affixed to the backing paper, and -- worst of all -- trying to peel the paper from backwards and underneath is awkward. If I were to do it again, this is how I would do it -- and this method involves removing the ENTIRE backing paper first, and THEN positioning and applying the remaining front transfer paper and decal.First, mark the front transfer paper -- and your wall -- with blue tape, etc., so that the decal can be exactly placed once the entire backing paper is removed. With the backing paper face UP rub everything with the card/squeegee to remove air bubbles and achieve best contact between the decal and the front transfer paper. Now, CAREFULLY begin to remove the backing paper from one end/corner, watching for the decal to ensure it stays on the front transfer paper, and being careful so that the transfer paper does not excessively curl up on you (use four hands, blue tape, whatever to keep the transfer paper and decal flat).Next, carefully position the transfer paper on your surface (without the backing paper) and diligently squeegee from the center of the decal outwards until the decal is placed. If there is any crimping/folding over of letters, etc. just wait until the end and then use tweezers or another implement to reposition, then place a scrap of transfer paper on top and squeegee down again.Hope this helps!!

Great product, great shipping, great instructions - overall a great experience
This vinyl sticker is fantastic!!! Some of the reviews here say negative things about the sticker (cut in half) and the packaging (stuffed in an envelope). But check the dates on those reviews. I believe they are all old. Vinylsay has addressed those issues and now ships in a mailing tube so the sticker comes rolled up - all in one piece. There were also ample instructions - in English and totally understandable. They even gave pointers for putting it on a slightly textured wall (which is what I was doing). And yes, it does stick to textured walls (at least slightly textured ones - possibly not on highly textured). I would recommend pressing each individual letter again after you remove the transfer tape (they recommend doing it before, which I did, but I think its a good idea to do it again after the transfer tape is gone and you can press the decal directly). I've never applied a decal like this before but had no problem doing it (other than having to stand on top of my washer and dryer for about a half hour - just think about where you're putting it!). Overall I'd definitely recommend this product and would buy it again.

Satisfied for the Most Part
This is really cute and looks great in my laundry room. BUT, I suggest you have a level, measure and draw a chalk line to apply it to the wall. These are individual letters and you have to peel each one off and apply to the wall. It does NOT come on a sheet that you peel off and put up. I got mine up in about 30 minutes, but it was a process to get everything lined up correctly and the letters have a tendency to curl up when you peel them off, especially the script letters. I love the finished product, and it does look just like the picture if done correctly. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but it was a chore to apply. Also, it will take about a month to receive these in the mail. They are shipped from China.

Decal "okay", Seller Customer Service Lacking
I would have given four stars except the decal did not come with instructions (I have never worked with decals before, so instructions would have been nice). The insert did say to visit their website to download instructions, but the link to their instructions required a user ID and password that didn't respond. Their insert also said to contact them directly so that they could remedy any issues before going to Amazon. So, I emailed them directly to see if they could email the instructions. The seller responded very quickly, but only to say if I had a problem to contact Amazon directly (WTH!). I just wanted to put the darned decal in the wall and make sure it is done properly!!I did contact Amazon, who notified this seller and no response. I asked hubby to figure it out and we finally got it on the wall. it looks great! but despite a clean wall and firm pressure to the decal some parts are coming up.My advise is to line up the decal and use a rubber or silicone roller or spatula (think dough) and firmly trace the decal to the very ends and peel off slowly.

No instructions?
The decal itself looks good on my laundry room door and was pretty easy to put on. The only thing that I thought was a down fall is that there is no instructions with the decal at all, you have to go to the site they give you on a little slip of paper and set up an account there to download the instructions, which is a pain in the butt. I ended up just looking up a video on YouTube which was way easier. Also it came in an envelope and was folded, leaving creases in the letters but they straightened out after I put them on the wall.

Looks great, but hard to put up
This looks great now that it is up, but I had a lot of trouble getting it to come off the paper the way it is supposed to. It didn't all come off the backing together. I ended up having to peel off the individual words and stick them up, so I was worried about getting it all straight and about it ripping, but it does look nice now that it is done. I have semi-gloss paint on my wall so that might be partially why the lettering didn't come off of the backing and stick to the wall as easily as it should have.
