H7 LED Headlight Bulb, Rigidhorse Hi/Lo Beam Fanless Cree LED Chips Headlight Conversion Kit 60W 8000LM 6500K Xenon White Extremely Bright Car Light Bulb

The H7 headlight bulb of my 2015 Yamaha R3 motorcycle went out, and I was hoping to replace it with an LED rather than a halogen bulb. The deal on these were a good opportunity to give it a try. The quality seems fine and I was able to plug them in and turn it on and it was extremely bright. However, the additional length of the LED made it stick out so far so that I would have to either leave the headlight housing uncovered and exposed to the weather, or to modify the rubber cover that was supposed to keep everything enclosed. Another area of concern was the stock metal wire pin that is used to hold the bulb in place is designed to use the crevasse in the back of the stock bulb - the LED didn't have this, so it would also have required modification or brute force to jam the pin back in. I've included a picture of the original H7 bulb and the LED one to give a sense of the size difference.

I installed a pair in March. Nice bright white light, silent. I have a kia sedona that eats headlights, halogens lasted on average 8-10 months.Well, one of them went out in september. I wrote a quick message on amazon to the seller, and within a week a new set had shown up on my door. Hopefully I don't have to replace them every 7 months, but for $8/set it's a great deal, and I'd still save a lot of money over halogens if I do.

Good lights when working. First ones i ordered one didn't work sent them back. Ordered again both worked for a month and one burned out great customer service

They work fine and installation was a breeze. They're not the brightest, but great for their cost.

For the price I am amazed with the brightness. Hope it last enough. I am glad with the product.

Causes rf interference with radio

Ordered these for my Mazda 3, The first set lasted 2 weeks, Amazon replaced them and the second set lasted 3 weeks.

Great light output. Really impressed with this set. Was a tight fit but i was able to install them with no modifications.Update: After just one month one of the headlights went out. Dissapointed, good product just thought it would last a little bit longer than a month.

Put them in a mazda 5.. they work great.. customer service was professional and fast.. will be buying again for my wife's car.
