For the price you cant go wrong.I use as regular clamp lamp.After it arrived, I bought 2 more.

no lemonade from this lemon
it was DOA. there was scuffing on the outside of the reflector, as though it had been rolling around on the ground for a while before it was tossed in the box. I eventually got it to work, but not long after the metal threading ring that is loosely clipped to the decorative ceramic threading fell out, taking an expensive basking bulb with it. poorly made trash.

Fire Hazard!
Died within 6 months! Or rather began smoking and made a terrible popping / explosion type noise! Do not purchase. Fire Hazard!
