I love grilling County Style Ribs, but using 12" tongs to turn 30 or 40 ribs every 15 minutes will cook your hand. These are over 17" long and keeps your hands away from the heat. They are well made and sturdy, no fear of dropping anything you pick up with them. Although I've not used the knives for what I cook, I can see where they may come in handy (one side is serrated knives and one side is smooth knives). They are perfect for what I do, so nice to see an American designed product that lives up to their promises. I've always used a wire brush to clean the grill, but I may have to try your Coil Brush and see how I like it! WTG Shark BBQ.

First - these tongs are great and sturdy. If the grip was better I think you could pick up and turn over a bowling ball. The long handle keeps your hands far from the heat.Mine arrived with a rivet missing but Chris at Sharkbbqsupport responded to my email within hours and are working to resolve my issue.I suspect I will be editing this review upwards in the near future.

Great grill or firepit tool.

I love this thing. Grilled ribs the other day. Lots of ribs! This thing is sturdy for the big stuff. I like the size of the grabber part (don’t care what the technical name is). Extends far enough not to burn the crap out of my hands. My dog wishes they weren’t so great so I would drop more stuff. But I love them.

I love these tongs! I usually buy the Lodge tongs but they got cheap on me so I wanted something different and these work great on the grill or in the woods cooking!!! Must buy fo sho!

My husband always seemed to drop something while grilling when using the ordinary tongs. He and I love these! Easy to pick up your food and no worrying about dropping it because it has the grip edges. High quality and we highly recommend!
