A snore stopper that works
I snore... lots and loudly. Ive had an NHS sleep study and have mild sleep apnoea.Ive been using various throw away devices for the last year, none of them lasted more of a month and had varying degrees of success.. I decided to take a punt of a more expensive model in the hope it would last a bit longer and be more effective. Its easy to mould, there's a decent youtube video video floating about.I'm a month in and its showing no sign of degrading. It as comfortable as a mouthguard can be I guess, a bit sore for the 1st few days but ok. Its massively reduced my snoring I still make weird noises apparently but more Darth Vader than Jet engine ... least we can sleep in the same bed.So far iuts worth the additional price. They say it lasts for up to 18 months ... we'll see.

Useless, painful and doesn't work
This device is huge, far too large for my average mouth. My lips can't close and it really hurts my jaw, even on the lowest setting. This is very overpriced, simply doesn't work and shouldn't be up for sale. Massive waste.

10years using - Please read as this is a fair true review
This product is the best of its type. I have used it for over 10 years but you need to understand a few things about it. First is the key to success is in the moulding. The first few you have will not be perfect, as its difficult to get it right. Tip one is when you have just moulded it at its still hot in your mouth, use your fingers to push the silicon tight against your teeth and gums and your tongue to do the same on the inside then do not remove it, suck in a glass of cold water the best way you can to let it go cold as opposed to removing it. Second, they fit better over time for some reason (shrinkage?). The longer you have it the more it grips your teeth. Third they last no longer than 6-10 months. Using them longer and they will likely degrade and snap... not nice if not dangerous.. change them. Fourth, when moulding you next set, use half of the previous set in combination with a new piece as the old half will more accurately let you setup the angle for a new one, then use that moulded new one to set the second new half. Do not over advance the device to the point it makes your jaw ache, as it will not help. I sterilise every night with sterident. I feel its way overpriced (hence only 4 stars) , but it is the best device on the market. Fith and finally, order a new spare and keep it ready to be used at short notice as going days without once will be horrible if you have issues as I have. Oh and I have just remembered after moulding you may need to cut off some edges where the silicone meets the gum line to prevent rubbing

Finally a snore remedy that works.
This device was recommended to me by the NHS. Recommended means 'go buy it yourself '. And its not cheap, but worth it because it works. My wife has been accusing me of snoring for many years. She finally persuaded me to see my GP. I was told only remedy was surgery. I immediately ruled that out. I don't know if that was a ploy make me go away.I have been looking at other remedies since. Including a harness that you strap on your face. That too was ruled out for sake of dignity.I have been focusing on mouth guards. They have the added advantage of stopping teeth grinding. I must admit sound of snoring and teeth grinding can't be nice. This is my latest purchase. And it works. I use a snoring app. I have included pictures of some data, maximum to minimum, showing improvement. Data is encouraging and so is my wife's mood in the morning. The secret lies in pushing the lower jaw forward when you sleep. It also has an outer stiff casing. It helps give a better fit.Fitting it to your teeth is tricky. It's also nerve wracking, you're immersing £150 in boiling water. It also takes getting used to. You need to adjust the screw so your lower jaw is pushed as far forward as comfortable. So there. Good luck and may your partners sleep in peace.

Makes me feel horrible...
It fits well and I was prepared to have sore teeth and all that. And while it may help stop snoring, when I wear it I wake up with a dry mouth pretty often. In the morning I'm worn out and feel worse than ever. So I'm a bit unsure of what this is supposed to be doing to help me. An NHS doctor advised me to get one, but I hate wearing it and would probably just prefer to snore and feel slightly less awful.

Life changing!
This has changed my (but mainly my wife’s!) life. It instantly stopped my snoring and is worth the very hefty price tag. In desperation I bought an snoring tracking app, 3 mouth guards, different noise dilation devices and a fancy pillow but this is the only 100% effective thing I’ve tried. It took a little time to mould to my mouth but when done it fitted perfectly. My mouth and teeth ached pretty badly after the first night, less in the second and then it became more comfortable - although I know I’ve been wearing it, the gain is way bigger than the pain! The cheapest mouth guard I bought worked ok but less comfortable as it didn’t allow my jaw to move, the middle on (£35) was so gag-inducing that I couldn’t wear it and this one wears by far the best of the three. I won’t work for everyone but it has been life changing for me and I haven’t snored at all since wearing it!
