Waste of time
The product is pathetic, the customer service is even more pathetic. Clearly, the team at Jenix doesn't know what they're doing. I have used locks of the same type (different brand) previously and never faced such basic issues. Please avoid buying.

Good but cost is higher than as should be
Has 12V 2A solenoid (Red +ve and Black -ve wires) that pulls the lever to free the locking mechanism and the lock opens. Do not keep the current through the solenoid continuously. The coil may burn. Current of 450mA failed to open the lock. When lock opens, it pushes the door outwards.Lock can be engaged (door locked) by pushing the door. Lock can be disengaged (door open) by either 12V momentarily supply or manually by pressing the lever rod.The status wires (green and white) are internally connected to a switch that opens when locking mechanism opens. The door should be freely movable to avoid continuous current through coil (via user circuit schematic). This switch can be used to whether current should still be passed through the coil or not. Time limit should be designed in the user circuit schematic. Also use reversed free wheeling diode to protect the user circuit from back emf of the coil.
