This chair is great for my tall 8yr old (he wears clothes for 10yr olds for size comparison). It allows him to enjoy moderate length gaming sessions comfortably, and is far more supportive than his previous kids-office chair which was getting too small for him and in which I caught him sitting folded over like a croissant. Its price isn't something I worry about now based on how much use it's getting, although I did raise an eyebrow when originally looking to purchase a chair. He's had it a few months now and rarely adjusts the height, but does need me to help lower it when he does as the cylinder is quite strong (easily powerful enough to lift while he's sat on it). It does have an adjustment to tilt back with a springy resistance, but the back only locks in the upright position... which is a shame, but also I'm quite happy with lack of mid-tilt locking feature because it keeps the chair stable and less likely to tip over when he flops into it. The arms are padded, the decals are bold and gamer orientated, and on the one occasion on which a drink was spilt on it, a quick towelling off left it as good as new. Overall a good value purchase which my lad loves.

Buying a chair is difficult to decide on when you can't sit on them. We plumped for spending a little more on this one and buying British than some others on Amazon for less, and we weren't disappointed. Unlike other reviewers here we didn't find it difficult to construct. it only took about 15 mins.1. Put the wheels on the base2. Bolt the seat mechanism to the seat base3. Attach the arms to both sides of the seat pad - only tighten one at this point so you can get the back between them.4. Attach the back and tighten that 2nd arm up.5. Put the seat onto the gas spindle and sit on it. It'll click down and Bob's your mothers brother, you're doneI've posted some pics, one with aprox measurements as this was sadly lacking in the listing in my opinion.The height this seat goes to is great. It's very comfortable with good padding on the seat pad and arms and excellent lumbar positioning / support. It looks smart too.For those people who complained about the tilt back function - did you release the tension knob underneath first?!! Unscrew it all the way, then pull out the arm and it tips back just fine.The only criticism is, it's not big enough for a large male. This seat was purchased for a 5' 6" female andthe fit is great. Not so for 6'2" husband who has a GT-Omega seat. You might want to consider a different model if you're a gamer guy.

Bought this chair due to working at home at a desk for long periods of time. I've had lower back issues so far with other chairs, but not with this one. It's comfy, light with easy adjustments, plus it was very straight forward to put together. The only issue I had, was that one of the wheels broke, however after contacting the supplier, they shipped out a replacement wheel straight away with no issue. Would defiantly recommend this chair as a work chair.

Bought this chair for my 8yo daughter. She is a keen young gamer so invested in a chair that looked the part and will see her through the next few years at Minecraft and school work. This is a good quality chair with good support with some nice contrast coloring that doesn't shout 'I'M A GAMING CHAIR' at you so blends into our office space whilst still being a fun chair for her. She gives it the thumbs up for comfort, as do I. Had no problem with assembling it. Can recommend.

The chair looks good and is good value if you pay less than £100, but definitely not at the current price of £160.It’s fairly easy to assemble, took me about 20 mins on my own. I’m 5ft 3 and 8 stone so it’s the right size for me. Anyone bigger and I think you’ll be disappointed.That’s where the positives end. The chair is padded, but it is rock hard. After just a few minutes sitting in it, my legs and bum went completely numb and I couldn’t stand it anymore. I tried it with a pillow on the seat and it’s still the same. Maybe an air cushion would be the only answer.It’s ok for your back as I didn’t have it reclining, but if you have your legs either-side of the raised part it’s uncomfortable. If you have your legs on the raised part, it’s equally uncomfortable. So not sure where you are supposed to put your legs?I later found out that you cannot return this chair if you have assembled it. The seller will point-blank refuse and reckons they are within their rights to do so. Not really helpful at all when you buy it online. How else can I try it out if I don’t assemble it?!? Anyway, I’m stuck with this concrete chair it would seem.My advice is look elsewhere for something better and with more comfort. It looks the part, but is not suitable for long term use. Also, the arms are not adjustable and slope too far down.But the bad attitude of the seller is worthy of -10 stars in my opinion. They will happily take your money and run. Total jokers.I will be taking it further with Amazon because it’s not how they like to do business and this is the first time I’ve not been able to return something purchased from Amazon.

I ordered this chair because it seemed to be good value for money and I liked the fact it was manufactured in the UK. Overall the chair was a little smaller than I had anticipated but after a little bit of time sat on it I had adjusted and felt comfortable. Everything seemed okay, I was using the chair every day as I am a gamer and also spend all day working from home.Unfortunately a few months in I started to experience debilitating pain in my left hip/thigh region. It was so bad to the point where I couldn't stand up straight or walk without assistance. I tried using a foot rest, shifting my position every now and then, using a supporting back pillow etc. but nothing improved the pain. I recently sold and replaced this chair with an XRocker from Argos and noticed a change immediately upon sitting down.I have rated it 3 stars because the quality of the chair is good. It's well made and a solid chair that I believe would be suitable for a younger person.

I bought this chair in Sept. 2020, shortly after the new year one of the caster wheels completely broke and snapped the socket where the wheels snap in. I tried various repair methods to no avail, in addition to reaching out to their support team. They asked for proof of purchase and pictures of the issue, which I promptly provided. After no response for over a week, I followed up with them and still have not gotten to a resolution.Rather than wait for the NON-customer service response, I purchased a replacement chair base off of Amazon so that I can repair this POS, and use it for its intended purpose instead of sitting on my dining room chair while the 200.00 chair sits busted in the corner.Would NOT recommend solely based on Customer Service.. I gave them benefit of the doubt that this was a defect and asked for a resolution... still no reply.
